I walked in to buy a six pack of visits and get adjusted. Unfortunately Robin at the front desk wanted to charge me an extra $45 for a walk in visit AND the 6 pack of visits. Which doesn’t make any sense. I only wanted the six visits discount pack. So why charge extra? Robin didn’t seem to understand and unfortunately from her bad attitude didn’t want to be helpful about it. Drs might be great but the front desk staff needs improving and education.

Dr.Thomas and Dr.Jacob are probably the best chiropractors I’ve ever had. So good I could not not post a review! They really take their time and check for your needs.

The staff was very friendly and informative. Eric was very calming and educational about my visit. I told him what was giving me the most trouble and and he in turn gave me a plan of action to fix it. I would definitely recommend the Joint to friends and family!

I have been coming here for some time and I’ve given feedback before but I wanted to come back and personally thank every single team member!! You all are excellent and have the best skills. I’ve been to many other chiropractors and this one feels so much like family. Everyone is so educated and has a great grasp on my needs. Please stop by the Brookhaven location to really get a feel of what I have said! The best way is to fully experience it for yourself! ?

You will not find a better Joint Chiropractic location, period. Dr. Jacob is a ninja magician at everything and Dr. Eric gives consistently great adjustments and customer service. The ladies at the front desk are always kind and patient and welcoming as well.

After dealing with Chiropractors who did nothing for me but billed my insurance $300 per visit, I was told by an associate to visit The Joint Chiropractic care. Dr. Brad immediately diagnosed my issue and went to work, adjusting my spine back into alignment. I am able to stand on my right leg without pain due to the pressure of my spine being released from putting pressure on my right nerve. I'm now working with Dr. Jacob Minor who has taken my chiropractic care to the next level. My posture has improved and I have lost 35 pounds. I highly recommend "The Joint" Chiropractic care due to it is affordable, no appointments needed as well as excellent chiropractic care.

The Joint in Brookhaven is by far one of the best location. All the doctors here are really great and Don’t rush through your visit. They take the time to hear exactly what’s going on with you. Definitely recommend if you are looking for affordable, quality chiropractic care.

My experience has been great, and my back pain continues to lessen. It's a welcoming and friendly environment. The location is convenient in Town Blvd as I live across the street. I also like the subscription and no-appointment model. That has allowed me to treatment in those when I wake up with debilitating pain.

I prefer the Brookhaven Joint over other sites because no matter who I see they take the time to listen and distract me to ensure I can get everything adjusted properly. Yesterday was the busiest I had ever seen it and the doctor stayed over 35 minutes after closing to ensure everyone was seen. I was grateful.

I’ve been going to The Brookhaven Joint for 5 years. Dr Eric, as well as the other Doctors and staff are always great. My regular visits have been a big help.
