Unfortunately, the pandemic has impacted the mall heavily, leading to a lack of major stores and an increase in undesirable activity outside. Visitors have expressed concerns about cleanliness and the presence of individuals smoking in the vicinity. Although it has a few kiosks selling inexpensive products and a nail salon, overall experiences have been mixed, with some customers vowing not to return due to dissatisfaction with service and ambiance. The Mall West End remains a nostalgic place for many, but it faces challenges in attracting and retaining shoppers.
