I just wanted to share my experience at the North Face store in Lennox Mall. Let me say not only was the clothing of great quality but so was the service that I received from Marilyn. She was amazing!! She had a great personality and was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. With her exceptional service I was able to find everything that I needed. I will definitely shop there again very soon! Thank you Marilyn, you’re so awesome!

North Face shipped us the wrong item. We contacted customer service and they told us to take it back in store. Took it to the store at Lenox and they blamed online North Face and said we had to ship it back. Neither will take responsibility or correct their mistake. Also tried to return a gift here and they said they would only give us a fraction of the price we paid back. Really terrible customer service and fraudulent business practices. Needless to say our family won’t be buying anything from North Face going forward.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I was there on 01/07/23 to return a vest. 'Marilyn' who appears to be the manager had zero intention to assist customer. No greeting and worst attitude one could present at a store like Lenox Square. Not sure how they represent large company like 'The North Face'. I read multiple reviews by other with similar experience. I truly hope company action serious action to make changes as they will loose so much revenue due to poor customer service. I don't have any reason why I would shop there since I could buy similar products at another department stores, such as Macy's or Bloomingdale. In result I would NEVER to revisit that store due to my horrible experience with 'Marilyn'.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORDERING ONLINE INSTEAD OF COMING HERE. ALSO, THE MANAGER WILL TREAT YOU TERRIBLY IF YOU TRY TO RETURN ANYTHING HERE. THE MANAGER STATED THAT \\\"ANY RETURNS HERE WILL HURT OUR SALES NUMBER AND TO BE SURE IN THE FUTURE TO RETURN IT USING ANY OTHER METHOD OR ELSEWHERE\\\". ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BELOW REGARDING RETURNS ARE ABSOLUTELY TRUE.

I went straight to the store after coaching to pick up an order I placed and paid for online. I got to the store at 6:55 to pick up my item and the doors were locked. The employee who came to the door told me they were closed. I was not able to simply pick up my item. I’m very disappointed that I will have to make the trip back up here tomorrow.

This place is absolutely ridiculous! I placed an online order for a hat to wear for my birthday in June. Of course the order never came on-time, it's now Aug I asked the store to return and refund my order, never happened.. I called back today spoke with a female named Michelle, super disrespectful, then had the audacity to get sarcastic and malicious at the mouth about my refund... 1st time customer that they've lost forever... sadly I know she doesn't care, she showed it with her attitude but more customers like me and you'll be out of a job.. I absolutely hate the fact that ratchet people who doesn't value customer service are in these positions.... it's 1 thing to be disappointed and completely unsatisfied with a purchase but to have a rude individual to deal with is just horrific... I wouldn't spend not 1 penny with this company ever again... and being a truck driver I pray I never ever receive a load of theirs to deliver, it'll get rejected immediately... Anywho, Michelle since you hate your job that much you should go collect trash and include your trashy attitude with it while you're taking it to the landfill because that's exactly what northface got hiring you... no hate just facts... I've been in customer service for over 20years, and even though I'm a truck driver my customer service with shippers and receivers is professional and courteous and extremely pleasanand... I don't have unhappy clients because of that

I want to make certain that the DISTRICT MANAGER of this location knows he lost a sale today and potentially there have been others who have simply walked out of your store.Unlike other stores in the Lennox Mall, your store has (employees) who crowd you and make you feel uneasy and unfree to shop. For example, when I entered the store, an employee approached me and asked me if I needed help. I said no, I needed to look around. Virtually every step I took in the store, I was followed.Your manager who was an Afro-American male also walked back and forth as if someone was going to grab merchandise and run. This is pathetic. How do you expect to have a SALE when you have employees NOT two feet from you breathing down your freaking neck? It is sad because there are stores like Dillard’s for example where I entered, and I freely walked around without being followed. Dillard’s sales North Face, and I did not see one employee walk up to me and stand near me or behind me.Sir, if you or your employees or North Face feels that strongly about (theft) and the fear of theft and shoplifting your articles, EMPLOY a Security Guard at your door. This way the obvious is known and, in my opinion, customers will feel more relaxed. When you have overzealous and overbearing employees like these two, I encountered today, you lose money every day. STOP following people in your store. North Face is a good brand that I have purchased now for years. However, with your overzealous staff, attraction is no longer a desire.

i love this store! but I bought a jacket on Monday and a button broke the same day and I went to change it and instead of giving me a new one I had to leave it and wait to see if it has a guarantee! I don't think it's the best answer!

I was trying to return a jacket which I bought few days ago, but it didn't have the tag on it. But I was having the receipt. The Manager asked me to read the return policy on which it was not at all written that with no tags, they will not accept the return. And he didn't return the jacket.Such a egoistic behavior.

I had a good experience at this specific location. I came in wanting to return a black Parka jacket that was too large. Although I did not have the receipt with me, the assistant manager, Sam, was able to maneuver and help complete my return. Thanks again and best wishes.
