I love the neighborhood. Great location and I love my apartment but it’s very overpriced and the amenities don’t match the price and all units are not upgraded.

I’ve been trying to get my lease transfer for 2 months now and it’s been taking them so long I’ve provided everything for them, I’ve sent everything 2-3 times, every email and call they don’t return. Like I’ve done all I can do for them to make their job easier but they’re not doing anything.
