We had our Ketubah framed here and it came out beyond stunning! They recommended the museum glass and you can’t even tell there’s glass over it!! Highly recommend! :)

It was my first time getting something framed but they made sure to run everything by me and were great about explaining how it worked. Guided me through the creative part of the process with patience and professionalism, it was honestly a great overall experience. Just picked up my piece and couldn’t be happier ! Getting something custom framed can get pricey but they were able to work with my budget. Looking forward to getting more pieces framed, highly recommend!

I’m not one to go out of my way to write a bad review, but my experience here was so bad that I’m not going to go here again and warn friends.
My first visit to get quoted and pick frames was fantastic. When I dropped off the pictured piece and another piece I was warned to not to call and ask about status, they will call me. It was emphasized enough for it to be notably weird.
Well the estimated time came and went with no phone call. The next day I called and asked and was met with surprising frustration from the man who was speaking to me over the phone.
“Did you get a call?” “No.” “Well we called you” “No I promise you-“ “No we called you.”
Upon pick up, I was so annoyed with how rude he was, I literally showed the woman who met me my phone log. I never got a call. To make such a big deal about that was so uncomfortable and unfriendly. It was incredible, really.
To add salt to the wound of an upwards of $400 framing job, the piece was visually to the naked eye not centered in the matting. Pics included. Not the worst thing to me, but given how I was spoken to I was furious.
Maybe they operate differently now, but be warned: don’t call them unless they call you otherwise they apparently with throw a fit about it…..

Far and away the best frame shop in Atlanta. Their work and service is top notch. I’ve framed several special pieces with them and I always leave pleased not only with the finished product but also the expertise of the staff (and doggy endorphins from Forrest the shop dog).Chris recently helped me with his artistic vision and was very patient as I deliberated over selections. His suggestions were excellent.

A friend of mine recommended that I visit the framing review for my first official framing of a lovely picture I've been wanting to display in my home. For some reason, I had always been intimidated by the shop from the outside, because it seemed so *professional* and *fancy.* But once I stepped inside and was greeted by a heckin border collie, I felt at ease and like I'd come to right place. Meaning, not only was I about to work with people who knew their craft inside and out, but I also didn't have to feel bashful or insecure about knowing nothing about professional framing.A young man - the son of the founder/owner - helped me. He really impressed me with his knowledge but also with his efficiency. He started putting some options for a matte and frame together and then he said "tell me what you hate." Dear reader, this was the perfect thing to hear as a first-timer. I'd been worried I wouldn't be able to pick what I liked, but starting with removing what I hated helped get the ball rolling and helped tone down any worries I had about getting things right.Moving quickly, but still keeping a relaxed atmosphere, we worked together to find the magic that worked for my piece. (I played fetch with Forrest the collie in between chatting and deciding, of course.) Once the ornate frame and lovely matte had been decided, the framer tallied up the cost. I was a bit surprised, but I had come prepared, and the framer agreed that "yeah, sticker shock is a real thing for first-time framing." And it makes sense. If you're used to buying picture frames at Goodwill like me, a $270-ish price tag will take you aback for a moment But! you're given the option to either pay in full or pay in halves (half up front then half at pickup). I split the cost into two payments and felt good about it. Bonus: this was one of my husband's Christmas presents to me, so the splurging made sense for our modest budget.(At pickup, another man helped me checkout (possibly he was the owner?). )Throughout my time with the Framing Review, I felt like I was in excellent hands. I appreciated getting to do business with an old, independently-owned Atlanta company. I'd highly recommend the folks here.

I have gone to The Rolling Frame Revue several times with artwork that is super sentimental to me. They have been so great! They have a million frames to choose from and they are so helpful and patient. I am super particular and need time to mull over what I want. They help and offer ideas and give me the time I need to get my artwork the way I will love it.I love them AND they have the most lovely, sweet, darling dog to greet you and play fetch with if you are so inclined. He literally is my big other reason to go there. I highly recommend this frame shop.
