“Nice people, and great prices. Pleasant experience, I'll be back. Totally different vibe from the thrift stores I'm used to. 3 nice sunglasses for $2 each, a waffle maker for $4 after the half off.”

“I was in Lost N Found yesterday - Thurs 12/10. Janice was up front - very kind, very professional & very welcoming. I am grateful that I can still pop into Lost N Found - pretty readily find what I need - not matter what it is.............Pay a good price, help a good cause, and be on my way. Thank you Lost n Found!”

“They had a lot of cool deals there and they’re willing to work with you with pricing of furniture or appliances and they actually give back to the community I want saw them passing out winter jackets to the homeless and they also have a church connected to it so if you’re looking for a church you can attend there they do a lot of great work for the community”

“This place is amazing and some staff is super sweet and amazing. But it’s also very unorganized and there is really no place to put clothes if you don’t want to them.”

“Great donation/drop-off experience (turn into the parking lot, drive around back). Devin came out as soon as I pulled up, offered me a receipt, carried everything from the car into the building - friendly & efficient!”

“This is the best goodwill location, the staff are so kind and personable. The young gentleman wearing glasses has stood out to me on several occasions with his kindness and care for the job. Employees like him make a real difference, and I hope his effort is recognized!”

“Fantastic location, great merchandise, excellent staff, clean, restrooms,. It’s a great place to shop for an outfit, furnishings, or things you didn’t realize you wanted, but you discovered them here. Highly recommend.”

“If you're looking for old golf equipment to purchase to introduce kids or friends to the sport, no better place than this Goodwill in Sandy Springs to get starter clubs. If you can figure how to make solid contact with a $4 driver or iron and still enjoy it, then you have earned the right to spend real money for a new set of clubs.”

“I came here today after the store closest to me turned me away because they were too full. It was almost closing time by the time I made it over to the Ansley store, and they said that they were actually too full as well. However, they said they'd make it work regardless since I had already packed everything up. I wouldn't have made it to another location before they closed and also couldn't have driven around with my car as full as it was. It took forever to schlep all my stuff from my high rise to my car, so I'm so grateful that I didn't have to keep all this stuff in my place and then do this all over again in a few days! It would've been easy for them to say no or to be annoyed about it (especially so close to the end of the day!), but they were very accommodating and super friendly. Very much appreciated. Thank you!!”

“I had an excellent experience at this Goodwill. I shop at a multitude of stores and this is one of my favorites, because of the staff.
Every single time I shop there, the customer service is top notch.
Jordan is a gem, and Rickey gets things done, always with a smile and a kind word! Bill is always a huge help, and all the ladies work their tails off. The efficiency and service really sets this store apart. I will continue to shop here because the employees make it a great place to visit.”

“This particular goodwill is ONLY for donations, no shopping areas!
The guys approached very quickly when I parked the car, so if you want to save time while donating the stuff I would recommend to do the drop off at this location.”

“Very large store with lots of clothing options. Needed to go and get something for a 30s Murder Mystery Party and found it within a few minutes. Clothes are very well organized. It did seem to be bare bones staff which meant that sometimes it was very loud due to children playing with toys.”
