“I saw lots of things that I would have considered buying. We were on a mission to find a dress to wear to an event, so we didn't let ourselves buy anything else! We found a dress for each of us, priced just right. Employees were very nice. The place was organized well and had a good variety. Planning to visit again when I have more time to browse.”

“I came here today after the store closest to me turned me away because they were too full. It was almost closing time by the time I made it over to the Ansley store, and they said that they were actually too full as well. However, they said they'd make it work regardless since I had already packed everything up. I wouldn't have made it to another location before they closed and also couldn't have driven around with my car as full as it was. It took forever to schlep all my stuff from my high rise to my car, so I'm so grateful that I didn't have to keep all this stuff in my place and then do this all over again in a few days! It would've been easy for them to say no or to be annoyed about it (especially so close to the end of the day!), but they were very accommodating and super friendly. Very much appreciated. Thank you!!”

“They had a lot of cool deals there and they’re willing to work with you with pricing of furniture or appliances and they actually give back to the community I want saw them passing out winter jackets to the homeless and they also have a church connected to it so if you’re looking for a church you can attend there they do a lot of great work for the community”

“This location by far is the cleanest, most organized Goodwill I have been to in a while. This is my second time visiting this location and I always find good selections. It’s never crowded, doesn’t stink and I don’t feel overwhelmed looking for items.”

“Run by friendly, competent management and staff, it's become this discerning shoppers' first choice when thrifting. It's clean, well organized and stocked with a wide variety of quality merchandise. And most importantly, they still mark items at "thrift store prices". That's surly the reason that they are not losing business like so many other thrift stores due to price gouging their customers for second hand, unwarranted and unreturnable items. A big THANK YOU to St. Vincent De Paul Society for maintaining the best thrift stores in the Atlanta area and for the important work you do for the community. If you're going to shop at or donate to a charitable non-profit thrift store, make St. Vincent De Paul Society your first choice.”

“This has been the better Goodwill store that I've been to. I've never been to a goodwill location where I've actually observed them cleaning up. This location they do! The clothes are neatly organized and they have a very solid selection of clothing and shoes. I cannot believe I found rattan chairs on the sales floor. If I wasn't traveling to Texas and had a bigger vehicle with space, I would have snagged those chairs up.I found some really nice winter shoes that were in good condition that were actually in my size, 9. That's another thing, most Goodwill's you cannot even find your size without rummaging through the shoe selection that is unorganized and filthy, but at this location, the shoes were being organized by a staff member. The home decor and purse selection was lacking big time. I am very impressed by how clean this store is and how kind the staff was. I did think it was strange to have security officer at the front of the store as I've never experienced that at any Texas Goodwill before, but I wasn't too familiar with the Piedmont location so may be it is needed. If I'm ever in ATL again, I'll be visiting this location!”

“Me and my partner often visit this store, and we love it there. It's a fantastic spot with an old-world charm. If you know what you're looking for— I have found many a collectors' pieces at ridiculously low prices. The staff is helpful and kind, and are genuinely informed and invested in the products and customers.”

“It is a donation location, so they SORT the items here. Please have respect for the gentleman who works here because it's a lot of work mostly done alone. They close at 6, don't show up 20 min to close, and expect a good reaction. It takes time to go through your things and put them. I'm the proper place for the actual GOODWILL. When you go to a restaurant and walk in 20 min to close, most times, they say the kitchen is closed RIGHT, and LAST CALL AT THE BAR RIGHT. That's so weird humans can leave room for others to get cleaned up and out the door. If someone has to SORT after hours, I would be mad too. You spent all day with the stuff. Wait till the next day to drop it or come at a decent time. They don't just take your stuff and toss it in a pile it has to be looked through and placed.”

“I enjoy coming to this location. Sometimes there are good finds on clothing or books in this store. Decent amount of furniture. Prices on some items (picture frames, household items) sometimes seem higher than I would expect at a thrift store though.”

“Best Goodwill experience. They need to open their fitting rooms though. You can’t keep using Covid as an excuse when you keep the store open and allow for returns. You’re obviously making excuses and disrespecting customers. There’s a man who works the registers who is so so nice. Good selection of quality items as well. But please address the fitting rooms. It’s ridiculous and rude. And returns should be in cash or back on card. How dare you cut corners by closing fitting rooms and then offer returns on store credit. Shape up. They inconvenience EVERYONE, not just me. Thank you.”
