Poor customer service. I purchased an item and it broke because it was faulty. I took it back to the store within the 30 day limit. They refused to return it because they said it’s broken. I was returning it because it was broken and faulty.

All the stores are all right but you guys need to know that if you park your cars there and leave the complex they r gonna lock your cars’s tires, even you ve already purchased something is not gonna be enough to avoid the fines (75$) be advised!

I paid for earrings they said was gold and allergy friendly; no receipt no return and never like this store too much, never find nothing interesting and well done for the prices they give you. I could pay cents in SHEIN for the same earrings, they turn disgusting the metal just used two week, I told to a jewelry seller and let them there it is not about the money it is about they lied and overcharge customers!!

The whole shopping plaza is a little like the Wild West when you park. There are booters driving around and when you park and shop at the stores in the plaza (not across the street) they boot cars. They just assume everyone is parking and leaving the premises, but there is nothing that can be done besides pay $75. Be careful, it’s a real scam.

Employee at the fitting rooms was a bit rude but it was a nice T.J. Maxx with some nice selections.
