Sweet little lady at check out with the short hair cut is very sweet but can over talk customers especially when the line is long. Also this store seems to have a lot of loose clothing that is not tagged. I brought up a pair of sweat pants without a price tag and I also brought along another pair of sweats to see if they could use that price tag. The cashier calls on someone not sure if she was a lead, but said oh these pants go in a set. Goes to bring a price tag of two sweat pants for the cashier to scan when I only had 1 pair of pants??? That did not make any sense. Please have your staff remove loose items off the racks if they cannot be sold as is.

Always a pretty good shopping experience, although some of the locations of things were very scattered about. Pretty good prices, and my momma loves it!

Not sure if it’s because of the holiday season but the merchandise was crammed so tightly together it was difficult to find anything!!

Megan the manager was rude about my return she didn’t give eye contact and just let me know that this was the only time she’d let me return. She assumed the item was worn because I bought it a day ago but I simply just ended up not liking it. The cashier was kind though. The store was also a mess and hard to walk through. I used to work with Homegoods and Tjmax so I didn’t appreciate the customer service given from the “manager”.

Although it looks bigger than most, it lacks selection and the store didn’t look clean or cared for. Really run down compared to others.

Gailen the supervisor was a complete but**, unhelpful, rude, & would not take something back bought the day before because it wasn't fun their tjmaxx!!! Since when has then been a policy? TJMAXX, DO BETTER

Store was organized for the most part. The young lady, who was the cashier who checked me out was professional and helpful. I also purchased a black pullover that accommodated my style and a was a great deal compared to other larger stores.
