“***always get them to test your product before purchasing*** I just left this location on 10/25/21at around 9PM. I got to my car and realized that the toy I bought had not been tested, so I walked back in. The lady working had a terrible attitude and told me that she didn’t test the toy because I was on the phone. So it was my fault that she didn’t do her job. Not only was the toy defective, the second one she opened also did not work properly. She tried to get me to take the second one, and I had to show her that it too did not work and would not go to the other speeds. Of course she knew this as she struggled to get it to even turn on. Why would you intentionally try to screw your customer? UNBELIEVABLE!! I have visited multiple locations around metro Atlanta and ALWAYS receive good customer service. I tried to call the store to get her name, but she hung up on me. I will be submitting a formal complaint. I will gladly go to Fulton Industrial or South Cobb to never have to deal with her again.***EDIT*** I did file a formal complaint. Thank you Kelly Rogers for listening to me and sending me some goodies. You were very genuine and I appreciate it very much! I won’t let one bad experience change my opinion of this stand up company!”
