“Great Smoke is by far my favorite hookah lounge to frequent. They’re a retail shop with booths, coffee, tea, and the BEST hookah in the city. Prices are great, the environment is amazing, and their events have always been top tier. The coffee and teas I’ve tried have been delicious (no more Starbucks!). I’ve come here to do work, chill, and party. During the day it’s very elegant and quiet, and at night it can turn up. Highly recommend.”

“I mean this is the absolute BEST VAPE STORE we’ve ever been too! We literally drive from the middle of Decatur all the way here, like pass so many other vape stores just to come here because of their customer service! They literally treat you like family! I LOVE THEEEEEMMMMM!!!!!”
“I've visited the store multiple times. Clayton and the staff have always been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store has always been clean and well-organized. I highly recommend to anyone in the area!”
“Visiting from out of town and googled this place. Spent a very nice afternoon there, owner was friendly and chill. Humidor well stocked including some brands you don't see often like Abuelo and the Dunbarton line. Very friendly crowd. Easy parking. Good prices.”
“Friendly staff who refreshingly help you find what you are looking for and call things the same thing you do - instead of “video head cleaner””
“This is the local shop near my house & hands down one of the best in Atlanta. Maurice, the owner, is extremely friendly & knowledgeable. I have a wonderful customer service experience every time I go! This shop gets most of my money. I fully trust the products I am receiving. Top tier. Go visit. Trust me.”

“Not an Xhale City, but actually a Bloom Shop. Off to Cheshire bridge
Edit: I went to the Cheshire location and it was great. Was able to chat with the area manager (I assume because he was very knowledgeable about the other Atlanta locations and supply chain). This Bloom shop has been acquired by Xhale City and has the same specials ?”

Shop is always clean and organized. Good selection and fairly priced. One of my favorite shops! Def recommend to a friend.”
“Dee has some of the best customer service I have ever seen!!!. She took her time to offer multiple suggestions without it feeling like she was trying to up-sale me. At a lot of smoke shops that I have been to rush you to make a purchase. Smoke trip ATL is the best!!! I will most definitely be back. Especially if Dee is there!!! Give this Woman a raise!!!!”

“I've been a customer for over a year, and the people here are amazing! Everybody has a contagious vibe that makes you smile when you leave. They helped me with flavor recommendations and have been helping me in my pursuit of quitting. My only regret in quitting is not seeing the staff once every week or two.”

His customer service is superb, even let us try a few products we showed interested in. Nevertheless if you’re looking for a smoke shop with rare products and full inventory shop here! Pull on up on my guy BK ?”

“I've shopped with this family owned business for a few years now, and let me tell you, THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT. The staff are extremely personable and engage customers as if they're family. I haven't been since I returned to Atlanta (moved to DC from 2019 - 2021) however, I plan on stopping in to what I often refer to as, "MY Novelty Spot."”
“Awesome shop! Very welcoming and accommodating. Had a chance to met some regulars and we had a blast watching the basketball game; on one of their many TVs, talking cigars and hanging out. I travel a lot on business and this spot is convenient to the surrounding hotels near the Cumberland area. Try it out and say hello!”
“Really nice lil spot. The guy that was there was pretty cool and knowledgeable about the products available. I’ll definitely be back. Prices were reasonable, about average for the vape I use. So yea, check em out !”
“Awesome shop absolutely amazing selection and a very keen owner named Zaid who you can talk to and get anything you need in I wouldn't recommend going to anywhere else in Atlanta”
“Neat little spot to buy and smoke a cigar. Great selection of cigars ranging from budget to high end. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, and I certainly look forward to stopping in when I can.”
“Michelle was amazing!
I told her exactly what I was looking for, and she helped me pick it out right away. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I can’t wait to get home and try out my new toys. Thank you, Michelle!”

“I had a great experience at this place. I had just recently given up the cigarette's and I knew absolutely nothing about vaping. Malik took the time to explain the basics to me. He gave me some great suggestions on vape juice and vaping has been a real pleasure now. I honestly don't even miss smoking! Great place and I will be doing all my shopping there from now on. Thanks Malik for the great advice!”

“Total Wine & More is my neighborhood wine store, and on practically every visit, I have the pleasure of being assisted by Martin at checkout.
Martin has a wonderful sense of humor and is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. During my most recent visit, I needed a bottle of wine that was stored on the overstock rack. Martin gladly retrieved it without hesitation and made the entire experience effortless.
What stands out most is his consistently cheerful attitude and genuine enthusiasm for his job. He clearly enjoys helping customers, and it shows in every interaction. Employees like Martin are the reason customers keep coming back.
Martin is an outstanding representative of the Total Wine & More brand, and I wanted to recognize him for the exceptional customer service.”
“Bought a Miami Mint vape there today around 330/345 and it was a dud. The store graciously, and without question, replaced the vape. The second one had no issues. Thank you for your honest business!”
