This time rented a chainsaw, it worked just fine and was easy to start. Personally I am happy that home depot rent tools. Yes I will rent again.

I tried to call and they placed me on hold after saying hello, please hold. without me saying anything. Over 10 min and I hang up to call again, she did the same thing. It’s a bid excess to do something like this when I just need know if they have a blade that I can buy for their floor scraper.

Worst experience with similar services. We rented it and the device turned out to be faulty. Wasted an hour and a half. And then they completely refused to return the money because the supervisor said that the device was working, although he did not even turn it on or check it. The supervisor does not understand the tools and does not know how they should work. After everything, I can definitely say that this has never happened to me at Lowe's. I don't recommend anyone to come here, but I recommend replacing the supervisor with someone who understands the tools.

The worst Home Depot of my life. Once again I’m convinced that Lowe’s is a much better. They refused to return the money for the faulty device(rent). The supervisor does not understand the technique and does not know anything about how the tools should work. I don’t recommend it to anyone

Rented a gas powered auger. Got home and discovered one handle was splintered and at risk of breaking off. Went back to return it and realized we were also charged for a bush hog rental that we did not need. Manager on duty was more upset at checkout employee over accidental charge than the fact that they are renting broken equipment that could cause injuries.

I placed an online order yesterday with home Depot at Cascade location. Today James comes to pick up the order. I go to start putting a color swatch on the wall to see what it looks like, and none of the paint that was supposed to be tinted was tinted. Forward to 5:00 p.m. today and I go to the Cascade location of home Depot to get my paint tinted. I'm already a little ticked off so it doesn't take much more to push me. The guy in the paint department looks at My cans of paint And says somebody will be here in a minute. That was at 5:00. I personally called the store twice and had the manager on duty paged to the paint department. No answer. Finally, the assistant manager comes walking through unknowing that he had been paged to the paint department. He says to the guy go ahead and tint the paint. So at 5:50 p.m. I get into my car after being in this store almost an hour. First thing is how many hands did this have to go through when I placed an online order for them not to know that it wasn't tinted? Second thing is when I showed up in the paint department I got no " I'm sorry ", I got no " let me go ahead and tint those for you while I call a manager " I got nothing from the guy in the paint department. When the manager came by I got nothing from him. No sorry this happened no how can we make it right? No, nothing. So to sum up, I placed an order online with the sole purpose of not having to go into the store and wait on paint being tinted. I ended up going into the store and waiting even longer than I normally would have to have The paint tinted.

Delivery service sucks. Waited all day with no updates. Tracking was not updated all day. Original delivery window was 12:30 - 4:30. After I called for status they changed delivery to 5:30 - 8:30. Still no call or update and it is past the delivery time and the Delivery Service closed at 8. Still don't know when my appliances will be delivered.

Impressed with their garden center. It was fully stocked, the staff was helpful and friendly and their prices continue to outdo Lowe’s.
