Good day!I recently stopped by the "Home Depot Jonesboro, GA location".I went in seeking assistance with a weed eater I'd purchased a few years ago from one of your locations.I had the "Awesome pleasure " of meeting some of "The Best associates" Home Depot has to offer!!I'd like to take a moment and say "Thank You " to Leo, Mary, Joel & Richard"!!"You all were so Helpful, Patient & just down right Pleasant"! "A True Asset to Home Depot & your Customers "!!! These associates stayed with my issue until it was fixed & had the Most Pleasant demeanors"!! "Very Positive ". "If you need assistance & "The Best Customer Service"!!...Here's your "Home Depot"!!

Kadeijah and Meri are the worst employees home Depot has got, do not let them help you!There was a problem with the equipment that I rented, per their rules I was there within 1 hour of checking out the equipment and was in line because there was someone in front of me. Perhaps this is why Chris the employee behind the counter at the time did not answer my three calls to let them know that I was on my way back but I digress. as I was waiting the clock ticked past 1 hour and because it was close to closing the manager would not help me, some other employee, old Meri, walked over and ended the transaction entirely like I returned it after 1 hour use as if that makes any sense. Charged me the entire rental amount whenever I planned on using a perk to pay for it and they knew this.. when kadijah the operations manager came over she just threw her hands up like "oh well there's nothing I can do"absolutely unacceptable.

I went to this Home Depot recently to return an item purchased at the Snellville location, as soon as I got to the customer service desk, the rude young lady at the desk said I was not standing in line, by the way, there was no line. Then, she stated that I was confused and didn't know where the line was. I told her that this is not my Home Depot, there was no line and how dare you tell a customer they are confused.... I will Never go to this Home Depot ever again. The staff is very disrespectful, especially the customer returns section!

This is a great business, however the garden staff know absolutely nothing about plants so don't bother to ask. Do your research on the plants you need because they can't help you and don't seem interested in assisting in finding any answers for you regarding plants.

The worst experience with Home Depot in Fayetteville. Floor installation project gone wrong. From the very start they got the measurements wrong. Delays in getting the flooring. Because the measurements were wrong had to wait another two weeks for two cases of flooring that I could've just bought off the floor. The whole process took three months. When it was installation day they still didn't have all of the materials and had to send people from the store to deliver the materials, so much for not being able to use store materials because they did anyway. When I asked for compensation for all the delays I was offered an insulting $75 on a $4000 project. The assistant manager Brian is a complete liar. Talked to him on the phone said he was going to look into why it took so long, lied and didn't do anything. Went in the store to talk to him, lied again about what he was going to do and then had the nerve to offer me $75. Do not believe Brian the asst manager he will lie straight to your face. He is a straight liar and should be FIRED. If you have to deal with him good luck because he won't do anything for you. I had to contact corporate to get compensated and then they didn't do anything either. HD, only wants your money and then will not help you at all and will have LYING asst managers

Lady wasnt educated on toilet augers / snakes and rented me the one for snaking piles once toilet is removed .She insisted I could get that snake in toilet thank God I didnt try too many times would have broke bowl

Exceptionally poor customer support employees. Will transfer you to unattended and unrelated department to get rid of your call, or simply hang up when the same employee answers and recognizes you are calling back after being hung up on.

This is literally the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. I rented a tool that was working inconsistently and when I told the manager about it he told me I was wrong for calling the technical assistance number written in BOLD on the side of the equipment. Therefore he couldn't help me because I called technical assistance for technical assistance. Make it make sense smh
