I've been there 2x for mani and pedi Gel and both times they did an excellent job. I asked for the nail polish to cover all the nails and they did it perfectly. It lasted beautifully for 3 wks! I was so impressed! They're the best of all places I've been to in the US for nails. This will be my permanent place for nails from now on.

It’s the only place I go to get my nails done! Cindy is great. I won’t get SNS anywhere else. Also had a great Gel pedicure today with Tami. Love it there.

I've been going to top nails for over five years now. This is a wonderful salon great service and i'm always happy with my nails. I always get great compliments from people when they see my nails. Tony is the best. This is the best kept secret in atlanta. They know me as rock and roll!!!!!!

Wow, I’ve been doing to this place since I moved to the area years ago. Today was the worse experience I’ve ever encountered at a nail salon. I made an 9am appointment with LeLe. Although they open at 10, they gave me a 9 am appt. From the moment I walked in she seemed a bit scattered. I told her I scheduled a manicure and full set. When I said that, she took a deep breath and said no one told her that I wanted a manicure. This is the 2nd time I’ve scheduled a manicure with my appointment and wasn’t able to get it. Then she told me she wasn’t doing long nails (which I didn’t want nor ask for nor have ever asked for), then she constantly made me feel rushed as if she didn’t want to service me. As I tried to find a base color for my skin tone she told me “you need to hurry”. At that time, it was only 9:25. What is the purpose of making appointments ahead of time to be treated like a walk in or an inconvenience? I walked out there with just the tips glued on. I will not be returning. I will just take the drive to Buckhead to receive great service with nail techs that are happy to do nails, make you feel comfortable and give great service.Update: I found a salon less than 3 mins away from Top Nails. They did my manicure and chrome nails beautifully without hesitation (no appointment). Even offered water or soda. Customer service means a lot. Especially when we’re spending our money.

Love this salon, always get great service. Have done acrylics and natural mani/pedis here. Kim gave me a great pedi today! Lots of chairs that always work great, lots of tvs, plenty of staff.
