Jamie was amazing! She helped me and my family pick out 2 gorgeous sandals for my birthday- she also gave me and my husband free champagne! The selections at the store were so pretty and diverse, I couldn’t choose! Jamie also helped ship out the black sparkly sandals since the store didn’t have it in my size.

bought this brand new wallet yesterday, it came stained. also had a friend buy a wallet and the lady told her it was on sale, later came back and said she couldn’t find the barcode of the wallet. we waited 30 minutes for her to “find the barcode online” supposedly it was sold out online, when she came back she later said the wallet wasn't on sale and that she had to pay the full price. my friend said she was originally was gonna charge her 210 then the lady told her 228 and she ended up paying 248 plus tax. The associate Mixlin left and started laughing.

Poor quality this is my third purse in the leather has faded You better off buying fake the way they don’t wanna exchange. they offered to replace the purse and then they said instead they’re gonna try to clean it. You can’t clean faded leather. this is budget high-quality luxury don’t buy it treat uaself to a meal or new jewelry anything from tory burch last about as long a season

I bought 2 pairs of flats (panda and tan). The shoes are super hard and uncomfortable. No way they can be wore without my feet getting blistered. They are pretty but unwearable. Not worth the price or the pain

Purchased belt for over $200 store in July 3023. In April 2024 whilst sitting at my desk the metal broke on belt. I contacted store and corporate and was told despite website saying warranty for 6-12 months they would nothing. Obviously their refusal to stand behind their products indicates they know they are junk.

Worst customer service ever! The manager of the store is arrogant. She tried her best, making all sorts of excuses for not refunding to the original mode of payment for a product purchased just a week ago, while being the most rude person I have ever come across. Absolutely shocking to have such horrible experience at a Tory Burch store.

Customer service is horrible This is my second bad experience. The first, my husband bought me sneakers for Christmas, needed a different size. They were out of stock, she rushed us out because there were buying not returning item customers in the store. Didn't care I may have wanted something else. This week go back wanted a pair sandals for a trip. Get home wrong shoe. Call the store, RUDE!!! Her solution was she will send me a label return the shoe and she would ship the correct one. Not a good answer. I can't ship shoe until I come back. That's a 3 weeks process.I bought a dress for the shoes for the trip. She kept putting me on hold. I had ordered some other things while there. Yes they will be returned for a refund with the shoe. I called corporate, no return call. I asked for a discount since i had to find other shoes and drive an hour to go back to Lenox to return the shoes. I asked once they received the shoes if she send me the label could she refund my card. That was a no, i have to come to the store. Welp there goes 3 hours of my time but yes they will get them back and Never again will I purchase Tory Burch. You just lost a valued customer. Check your records, Valued Customer.

I had a pleasant experience shopping here today. Ryan assisted me with getting some earrings and trying on bags. He was friendly and courteous. I will be back to get more pieces.
