I cannot understand what the man was saying. He cannot speak English. It was a horrible. He cannot understand me and I cannot understand him. Horrible, horrible experience.

Frustrating beyond your wildest imagination. Then they send a survey which cannot be submitted unless you check a box indicatig the issue is resolved. Dreadful.
