I have attempted to visit this location prior to work on several occasions. Today was yet another wasted trip. The store hours should definitely be adjusted. 0700 hours the lights are off and no movement inside. The hours are posted on the store’s door and on google but they are not being matching what’s physically happening at this location. Order ahead, still have to wait. 7out of 8 unsuccessful attempts and that one visit wasn’t pleasant

I just ordered a door dash but apparently they’re not opened. They’re online hours must be incorrect causing me to have waited 45 min for something that’s not coming.

I will absolutely not be ordering from this specific location again. I ordered ahead for a 12:30 pickup. Arrived on time only to be told that they were out of most of my order. They hadn’t even attempted to prepare it before I arrived. Didn’t leave out until 12:55. Then they had hair everywhere and the kitchen was a mess. Never again. The Druid Hills location never gave me this kind of experience.

I had a mobile order (with no special changes) and the order came to me with the incorrect entree. Also, the kale salad smelled fishy. Totally inedible! But the smoothie was fine, as normal. That’s the only reason for two stars…I tried to call to request a replacement/refund multiple times with no answer. I need to have my this order replaced or refunded.

Honestly it’s a hit or miss with this location but yesterday was awful. My wrap was not good and at all and lots of bad lettuce I had to remove just to eat it like ewwww

Ordered delivery and they forgot both of my smoothies. I have called 10 times and they have not answered once (one time someone picked up the phone and hung up as soon as I said hello). In the past when there were missing items, they would answer my call and apologize and let us come pick them up. They could at least refund my order.

Poor customer service. The guy at the register was extremely lazy. I was trying to use a gift card that had funds on it and I’m guessing he didn’t know how to process it in the system so instead he said it wasn’t working and moved on to the next customer. This was my first time visiting this location and will most definitely be my last.

Rude staff - walked in and the sales associate didn't say a word when I ordered my smoothie, glared at me twice when I was ordering and then when I grabbed smoothie even though I was polite and friendly. Uncomfortable and needlessly weird experience and I won't be coming back.

Horrible service but they need more workers. There's two people on shift and they can not keep up but it doesn't help they are on their phones and not paying attention.

This location is a bit lazy. I’ve come in multiple times and the food order I put in is never correct. Paid extra for avocado and none to be found, again. Just stick to getting smoothies here.

Horrible customer service. If you have a quick lunch break do NOT go to this location. They will take forever to complete you order. I politely asked for a refund after waiting over 20 mins for my order and received an attitude in return. Save your time and money and go someplace else.
