“We are moving out of Atlanta and we were gifted the rare 4-5 inch snowstorm the day we were supposed to move and pick up the uhaul. And Atlanta shuts down in the snow, except for Gerald at Solid Ground Parking. Let me tell you, this man is here for you. He made sure that he got the location so he could help us pick up the U-Haul. The pickup was delayed because of serious snow which was totally understandable, but he was there to make sure we could pick up the U-Haul. We contacted some other U-Haul places just in case and every other U-Haul was CLOSED in the city. We can’t thank Gerald enough for coming in to help us, his morning was not easy either after he got his car stuck and then needed help from a friend to get into the city. His friend, Micah (crazy we share the same name) was also amazing. You can tell these people are really good people and understand that moving is stressful and made sure to get there to help us out. Seriously, if you are questioning where to pick up a U-Haul, do yourself a favor and go see Mr. Gerald.! Thanks again!”

“I had the experience of rental a truck from this location. The customer service from Gymeika and Miguel were very professional and transparent. Gymeika explained the policy and inspected the truck for prior damage. This was only suppose to be a one time rental however; Miguel received the truck back that evening and encouraged me to leave the account open....Good employees”

“Rented Penske 26 foot. Lacoursiea Parker was so helpful. She advised me on all insurances to purchase and also made sure the contract was under my business ( profile) - she even came back to the office to check again to make sure paperwork was correct. The truck was spotless and filled with gas. I requested a new truck and they took note and delivered it. Very easy experience. Highly recommend. ( you have to purchase your own lock)”

“Mya at the front desk saved me from a mental breakdown in the middle of this place. After booking a truck at the stonecrest location for a 8am pickup and being told for two hours that it’s “in route”.. my reservation was at the end moved to this location which was out of my way and made my moving schedule a whole 3 hours behind schedule. The company as a whole I can’t speak for but Mya staying calm and handling the situation was the only positive part of my experience.”

“I made my reservation online first, and I spent less than 20 minutes to get the truck I was promised. Manager spoke 2-3 languages and was extremely efficient. Today I returned my truck, and I was charged fairly. Excellent experience and the 2,5 stars this location has are not making them Justice. Thanks!”
