I gave a star for the excellent front desk staff member -- she was very sweet and professional, and made the transaction pleasantly smooth.
Otherwise, I can't recommend the death trap I found in this lot. My truck's dashboard lit up like Vegas as soon as I got on the highway. It was quite unnerving to have the ABS light, check engine light, and some more I don't recognize pop up in the midst of ATL traffic. I quickly finished my move (which was close, thank goodness) and returned it.
We had to guess the mileage used because there were warnings flashing where the dashboard went blank and when it came back on, there were warnings where the numbers should've been. ("SERVICE TIRE MONITOR SYSTEM" and one other that I can't remember). The front office staff had to shut down her operations momentarily to come play mechanic with me in her office clothes.
I don't know if this is a dealer issue or a corporate issue but UHAUL is a multi billion dollar company overall...do better! This was unsafe for your renters, a liability for your lot, and a hassle for your employees.

Love this dealer. They were not able to able to help me find the trailer I wanted but they did search around and find it for me at another location. They set up the reservation for me and I was on my way!

Terrible. Made a reservation for a box truck for 9/16 (very time sensitive as my lease ends on 9/17). I pull up to the facility and they inform me that they truck I’ve reserved won’t be returned until 9/18! ? terrible customer experience. Save your time and stay away.

Rental and customer service was great, they are having some relocation technical issues, which is understandable...however, they need to work on a better secured or more attention to return details as they billed is for a hand truck and dolly that we most definitely returned...

Malcom is very professional and thorough. I had originally reserved with his UHAUL location but unfortunately the truck was at another UHAUL. He kindly helped me find the right location on university ave. I later realized the uhaul on university ave was remiss in giving me my contract before I left. I called Malcom to see if this was normal to not give paperwork and even though I did not get the truck from Malcoms location, he took the extra efffort to find my contract on the database and email me a copy. Im Very thankful to you Malcom for helping me even though I wasnt directly your customer.
