Not eager to help. You have to beat them to get sth out of them. I got a truck that was parked with a window down near the construction for uhaul facility when I got the keys the truck and inside it was covered in saw dust. I have asked them to clean they did a lousy job. Also, they were not eager to help me to put my car on auto transport only after insisting that I have no one that help me they did. She came but she didn't help me to do it correctly. After she left, I saw I must have driven further inside so I can fix the front tires. Moreover, I asked them to check the tire pressure before I leave and no one did. I wanted to drive 1000 miles. This is not an unusual thing to ask.

Stocked, attentive, friendly, and efficient. Paid for a furniture dolly but did not receive. Rented trailer was old with faded decals and non-working running and marker lights. Turn signal lights worked, but not brake lights. Somewhat dangerous operating with this attached to my truck across four states in a heavy snow storm.
As I refused to pull the trailer under winter storm warnings and advisories, I contacted U-Haul’s national customer service. They said I would not be charged for arriving late at the drop-off city when the delay is due to weather. They said they would rather I be late and return un-damaged equipment than to end up in a ditch trying to be on-time. Excellent policy focusing on safety.

Antauris did an amazing job helping me get all my moving items. His customer service was impeccable from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. This type of customer service really makes an impact and I will definitely be returning to this U-Haul location for my future moving needs.

For the most part the manager is very customer service oriented and is eager to get her tasks done. Initially I thought she was mean but I realized she has a stressful job and it is her personality. I did not put enough gas in the truck and she did allow me the opportunity to correct it before It was due to be returned. Other than that I definitely would recommend this location in the future.

We had a problem months after our one day rental, and the staff at the Piedmont location worked politely and quickly to resolve it for us!

Getting charged $300 several months after my account was handled and closed is quite something. And I only found out because my daughter's daycare informed me of a return payment because that money they took was part of her monthly tuition. Seriously truly unbelievable.

Uhual was dirt and fuel was recording having more than they say it had. If u have to leave your vehicle, they only have parking in back in a muddy sketchy alley!
