Next time let customers know ahead that they will be paying to park their vehicle onsite or get dropped off. I paid over $40 the darn rental cost little less than damn parking. Very disappointed.

They display different prices than what they charge at the register and then state it just changed. They refuse to honor the advertised price and there is a complaint filed against them so check the prices before you check out with these thieves.

The worst experience ever.I drop my vehicle and key in the dropBox same day!The store called me the next morning to say they didn't have my key.I then requested video footage of the incident because I dropped the key in the Dropbox, the general managerJemika who has been no help whatsoever advised she would look at the footage and call me back. later that day, she gave me a call to say we didn’t see anyone at the dropbox during the time that wasn’t even the time I advised her. She then advised me. Oh well, I have to look again. I’ll give you a callback tomorrow. This was on Friday morning, now. Here comes Monday morning and I’m getting a charge on my bank account for $208 for a key replacement.I contacted the U-Haul store and was advised that they just went ahead and re-cut the key but somehow the key miraculously appeared in the Dropbox the next day but they refused to give me a refund. I think a staff member had the key and put it back and they won’t show me the footage of who put it back in there. Unacceptable. I need some help here.

I never received a confirmation txt so when I went to pick up my U-Haul at the self service station I could not pick up my rental even though in the app it says that my reservation was there. It took me two hours on customer service and chat to get someone to do whatever to my account so that I could get the approval process started. I use the option to add a reference and when Nicole called my reference she only said she was given this number in case of a late return. My dad was confused and said no we are at the location trying to pick up a vehicle and she hung up on us so we had to wait on customer service again for another 25 minutes to get someone to fix everything for us. My check-in was 5 AM. I did not get my vehicle until after 7Am. By this time, the U-Haul location was now open and when I opened the back of my truck, the dolly I requested was not in there. The location I picked up my U-Haul had no furniture dollies and the associates on property called all the locations around who also did not have any furniture dollies or did not pick up the phone. My move was only for furniture, so at this point I did not need the U-Haul because I do not have a dolly. I ended up having to go and rent a dolly from Home Depot. This was the worst experience I ever had. It pushed my day back hours .I will never use U-Haul again.

A friend and I patronized this place on Dec. 27, 2023 around 6:30 p.m...the attendant told him he put the truck on the wrong place and argued with us...he then told my friend "I shoot people"...please be careful there...

Great place to rent various sizes of Moving trucks/vans per hour, daily and extended days. They also offer all supplies for moving/transporting needs like boxes, moving pads, dollies, etc. and even Laborers to help physically move items loading/ Unloading. Quick and Easy contactless App full service check out/returns and in-person desk/counter interaction. I Recommend taking the full coverage insurance and road side assistance insurance from U-Haul, cause you never know because driving ATL is intense. I have rented several times from this company and it exceeded my expectations Monetarily & Service wise.

I had to put 1 star on here or else it would be ZERO STARS!!! My daughter's storage unit was JUST broken into. All of her stuff has been gone through. Several items stolen! The company makes everyone buy a lock from them which they call a "Master." She is literally sitting here waiting on the police to arrive. She had two locks on the unit. These people had time to go through item by item. Management does not seem to be providing much help. There is one employee in particular that is watching their reactions and snickering at them from a far. There is another customer on the 2nd floor who's items have been stolen as well. So, this is not just an isolated incident. I would NOT use this company unless you want your items stolen.

The guessing gameI reserved a 15' truck. When I arrived, I, nor the manager, could get the back door raised and the license plate did not match what was on file. I was told there was nothing else. I was asked to take it and bring it back the next day to swap it out. Having no other choice, I did. It was a waste. What good is a 15' u haul without being able to open the back?I have reserved at this location before. When I went to pick up, they didn't have anything. I had to travel 10++ miles to get from another location. I was promised the $50 guarantee. Then the same old story "The checks in the mail".Save yourself the trouble. If you need a rental, don't count on this location. It's a guessing game if you will actually get one

I understand that mistakes happen, but I was overcharged for my rental. I called to have it resolved and was met with a dismissive employee and even more rude store manager. She refused to tell me when she would complete her investigation on my claim, cut me off when I spoke, and more importantly suggested that I may have stolen one of the utility dollys.I still haven't received the appropriate refund or a follow up - from her location nor corporate. I am very glad I didn't store my furniture at that location. I wouldn't trust it there with those people at all.At this point, I am sure I will never use that location again - regardless of the convenience. And I am certain that U-haul will not refund my money, so I will have to do a charge back to receive the additional $26 that was charged on my account.

5 stars service from a short dark Gentleman with dreadlocks. His work is exceptional, unfortunately I forgot his name. He is a definition of great customer service. Very professional.

I don't know if there's a correlation between seasoning in age & not having a lot of patience when being dealt with horrible customer service. Yet, I'm over it either way. The employee was not welcoming & basically exuded rudeness with her movement while assisting customers. Hence we left here & went to another location. Where we ended up at, two other customers from here were there as well.

I would give them a minus if possible. First they did a bait and switch on my son, he reserved a small unit only to go in and they said it was gone and they only had a larger spot. Next, our son passed away and we contacted them to see if he actually had things there. They were very rude and since we had his entry card decided to go over and okk ourselves. When we arrived we for out they illegally deactivated his entry card and would not let me in. when both my wife and I came back, the manager was very disrespectful and rude to us. I've now been on hold trying to talk with the manages supervisor Summer Robertson for over 35 minutes. DO NOT USE THEY PEOPLE

NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!! We made a reservation for a 10 ft truck on Saturday. Upon arriving on time for my reservation the woman at the front desk explained that they did not have our truck because the person who was suppose to return the truck extended their rental for another day. She offered to give us a 15 ft truck for the same price for the inconvenience, while also stating she can make a reservation for the next day which was Sunday at 4:15pm for us to pick up the 10 ft truck. Sunday we walk to U-haul to pick up our truck and the rude lady at the counter stated "I don't know why they keep making reservations for 10 ft trucks we don't have that". This is when we were shocked with this now being the 2nd time in a row that our truck is not available! After asking about three 10 ft trucks that were sitting in the parking lot that were not there yesterday, she claim they were broken! Hmmm how did they appear in the lot over night broken? LIES! They were getting ready to close and she was too lazy too assist us stating " I don't have nothing for you baby that's not how things work around here". When asking why they cannot honor us getting the 15 ft truck for the same price that was offered to us yesterday she rudely stated that the woman who told us this worked at a different location and they do not have anything set in place when the vehicle you rent is unavailable. After being disappointed as this is the SECOND DAY IN A ROW WE DID NOT GET OUR TRUCK we left and called customer service who CONFIRMED that we should have been given the next available truck size for THE SAME PRICE AS OUR ORIGINAL RESERVATION! We were set up with a new reservation and a $50 credit no thanks to this U-Haul location! Spend your money elsewhere for the customer service you deserve!

If you’re looking for adequate customer service or anything at all don’t go looking here…reserved a truck one week prior to moving. Received confirmation right after and even confirmed again a day prior. Moving day arrives and literally 15 minutes before pickup they call to notify me that they had no trucks! Mind u all my belongings are packed, helpers otw and they don’t have any trucks available. I ask why they decided to wait until 15 minutes before the reservation and the response was “I’m just the messenger” I honestly see how ppl snap at employees at these establishments. Then I was directed to another location several miles away. I reserved over the phone otw to them. Get there and was told no trucks available either. Uhaul why are you in business???Your business lacks professionalism, customer service and any sense of intelligence. I ended up using a rental from another reliable carrier. If in Atlanta go to Marietta Blvd. their competitors apparently everyone who gets played by Uhaul go there according to the workers there. And I believe it. I won’t even buy a box from these clowns

This is when I checked out the truck. (Mileage 92091 out on contract but 92145 actually.) They did charge me more than 50 dollars and said I can only argue with the company when returning the truck. I luckily got my refund since I had the picture, but was disappointed. Be sure to check everything in detail and put no trust to the stuff.
