I walked in and was greeted by an employee leaving the store. Nobody else spoke. While I was in the high end makeup area, an employee was just standing there on her phone then proceeded to organize the makeup right behind me. While I needed help, I didn’t want to chase behind someone to ask a question so I found what I could and will go to a different location. Only one person, a dark skin lady with dreads asked me if I needed help or a bag. The man at checkout was kind but I would definitely visit another location over this one. Toco Hills, Peachtree City, McDonough, Perimeter, and Newnan locations have great customer service.

I got a quick weave here and took it out after two weeks because the tracks kept peeling and coming out. The worst part is, when I just went to wash it out, half the wig cap was glued to my braids. It took hours to remove and I lost chunks of hair all around the perimeter. I will not be going back, ever. Happy to talk to a manager directly to name the stylist, but don't want to name/shame her here. Please hire seasoned stylists.

Amazing experience today! Michael with the black brim and white platform heels (loved his look and his professionalism) took extra special care and time with me. Chef's 💋

Yeah, so, don’t go to this ulta salon. I was so disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled for 230pm just for a wash and blow dry. I wasn’t seen until 430pm, and that’s because I had to go to the counter and remind them that I was there. The hairstylist, Aneesa W, was nice, but not thorough. Clearly she was behind and I did not feel like I received the care and attention I deserved. My appointment was super rushed. Mind you, I ended up being charged 80 dollars for this, and tipping a lil bit because I can’t leave my black kin in the dark. I later regretted that decision. I should’ve refused to pay full price but I just wanted out of there. In conclusion, black hair stylists gotta do better. They ask for the utmost support yet provide horrible service. I will never ever come back and book an appointment here. Y’all forever ruined my perception of Ulta. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I hope I help other people.

If I could give this store zero stars I would but thanks to an employee named Shaleka, safe to say this employee has either no manners or no respect for her peers. She was just about yelling at these other employees saying they weren't doing things right & what not. If this person is a manager she needs to be reevaluated, re-trained, or flat out just fired. Attitude rude, knowledge about products no where to be found, just ugly period. Whatever she has going on out of work she needs to put it in a bag, set it aside and know shes at work & customer service is supposed to be her main priority, not chit chatting and being rude to others.

We had a good time looking around. When we came in, we were greeted. All the employees seemed to be in the same place and having a meeting. We were later spoken to by another employee, so that was nice. We didn’t find what we were looking for but very organized and nice place.

On 08/16, I purchased a product for $19.99 from your Cumberland Mall location. Shortly after, I realized it wasn’t the correct item (although it was the same brand), so I went to my local store at Howell Mill to exchange it. The replacement item was also priced at $19.99, so I expected an even exchange.
To my surprise, I was told I had to pay a difference due to tax variation between the two locations. I find this quite unreasonable—same brand, same price, just a different store. It doesn’t make sense that I should be penalized for trying to make a simple exchange within the same company. A manager should have had the ability to override this minor issue, but that did not happen.
As a result, I was left with no choice but to return to the original store, which is over 30 minutes away. I have already contacted your corporate office and filed a complaint. I was told the matter had to be escalated, and I am currently waiting for a follow-up.
This kind of inconvenience over a small tax discrepancy feels unnecessary and frustrating. I hope this issue can be resolved appropriately.

I think it’s safe to assume no customer service is a company standard. This is my third attempt at Ulta in the last three years and no greets you when you come in or offer to help. I went aisle to aisle looking obviously lost and the only associates I saw stood in the back gossiping. Smh literally just going to Sephora since it’s nearby and they always assist.

I ordered pickup and waited 20 minutes for curbside pickup. No one brought my order outside so I walked inside. The store wasn’t busy at all so I don’t understand why no one couldn’t assist with curbside pickup. Highly disappointed.

If you love your natural hair and is on a natural hair care journey, please do not come to Ulta for a trim. I booked a “master stylist” taleeyah k, assuming that a “master stylist” has more experience, but I was wrong. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by the stylist and she asked me what cut I wanted. I said I only want a trim, it’s been about 9 weeks and I just want a little trim off, cause my hair has been growing out of a “BLUNT CUT”. She sit me down and proceeded with the service. I came with “freshly blow dry hair” that was blow dry where you can clearly see that I didn’t need much cut off. After the service, I went home to straighten my hair and, I seen what damage that was done to my hair. I call her the next day and she told me she put LAYERSSSSSSS IN MY HAIR, cause I told her the cut was uneven and not a clean cut! Here is the problem, not one time did she communicate with me when she was trimming my hair that, she was putting layers and it. As you can see in the picture I have a blunt cut. I have 1 piece in the middle of my head head that’s shorter cause that piece was damaged. She told me she took it upon herself to start to put LAYERSSSSSS IN MY HAIR , and not even ask if I wanted that. As a hair stylist when you are observing a client hair , you ask what the client wants you just don’t assume, cause I didn’t even have layers and my hair to begin with, so why do that? Then she literally CUT the FRONT on my hair that didn’t need that to be doneeeee!! Not one time did she ask! I don’t like layers cause it takes away from the fullness of your hair. Now I hate my hair , I feel so ugly wearing it out, cause I’ve been through a lot by getting my hair back on track by giving it the proper care it needs just for “master stylist” to tell me I’ve should’ve straightened my hair to get a clean cut and the stylist was lacking accountability. Now I have to wait till it grows back and goes to so one who knows what they doing. Lastly, when I came up there the next day she had a client come in for a cut. And you know what she asked her and not me “DO YOU WANT LAYERS IN YOUR HAIRRRRRR”. And the only reason she asked that question was because of my situation. SMH PLEASE, don’t come here

I got horrible customer service there today. One of the associates was supposed to see if there was something in the back for me, but ended up leaving for like 15 minutes and coming back on the floor to speak to other coworkers and help other customers without giving me a response if the item was gone or not. That left kind of a bad taste in my mouth, so I went to another associate to see if there was another option for the product they didn’t have and the associate didn’t even stand in one place to help me, but was rushing to another part of the store, and as I followed her, she didn’t want to help at all and responded that they didn’t have any other options, which was untrue. I understand that everybody can have a bad day, but If you work retail, it’s kind of childish to project on customers that didn’t contribute to your mood.
