Nia she was a great help! I get really anxious and nervous about shipping stuff. I’m constantly worried about the address and I have to look it. She didn’t make feel any of those feelings and went above and beyond for me! I recommend this location to everyone!

The most important reason for giving such a high rating for me is that the warm welcome the staff gave me when I walked into the store. I didn’t have a label so they helped me with the email I can send it to and they print it for me which was very kind of the staff.. moreover I was having a bad day with work and life the staff had such a happy and jolly faces which immediately made me in a better mood. This is what we need more in life where the staff is joyfully working with the customers. The store itself is very clean and tidy. I’ve been couple times to ups and they always are the best in services. I am not saying for the sake of a nice review but I give genuine reviews. I’m a top 2-5% reviewer on google maps and I have the same honest reviews there as well.

The staff here are not Customer Service friendly. They are lacking simple human to human engagement. When I walked in the store, I was not greeted. After I spoke to the staff who were all looking in my direction, not one reciprocated a response until I said, I would like to ship a package. at this time I had already walked up to the middle part of the counter pass where the register is, at this point there was a young heavyset caramel complected young guy usher me to a heavy set, dark skin lady as I started to walk back to the young lady, the guy with the bush kept staring at me with a unpleasant look. I feel like all three of these workers need to be properly trained on customer service. By the way, I am not trying to be rude in any shape form of fashion by describing the employees, but I did not recall seeing any name batches on them.
Every time a customer walk in UPS door should be greeted With a smile and eye contact saying welcome to the UPS store, How can I help you? On Friday, June 20 around 2:45 PM. I did not experience that. I experienced three people who were in a UPS store who needed a job so they came and did what was necessary to get their paycheck

Store is trash, they costed me lots of money and I use ups all over the country to pick up jewelry and spend 5k plus with ups every year. I travel for my buisness and rely on shipping jewelry in between shows, I called ahead to ask a cost for pick up and they told me they would hold for 5 days over the phone. Pick up was free but I would have rather spent $30 elsewhere to not send my package after just 1 day. Now I have to replace hundreds of dollars of jewelry to ship to the next one because they sent it back to sender in Vegas. Very ghetto establishment!

Staff is friendly, very helpful, and seriously proficient, knowledgeable and adept. They have rescued me from my own lack of ability on more than one occasion.
