I have never once written a review but Muhammad was so great! He was able to help me print the labels for my wedding cards and was so helpful with what other things I could use the store for to print stuff for my wedding. Best UPS Ive ever been to

I had a tight turnaround to print a poster, and Mohmed was incredibly helpful, that too over a long weekend. He explained my different options, and was very patient with me as I made my decision. Honestly, it was head and shoulders above the average UPS store customer service. I'll certainly be returning for all my shipping and printing needs!

Jorge and Jay were amazing!!! I was having some issues returning a large order of Amazon packages and Jorge went out of his way to help me when I got confused. Will definitely come back again for the service of these two people!!!

Okay UPS is never fun but this location is. I usually go right after hitting up the Trader Joe’s in the same shopping center. I always get helped out by Muhammad. I know he sees a lot of people in a day, but he always remembers me and my box number and helps me out. Love this place (as much as anyone can love a mailing center lol)

I’ve been to this location a few times now and the service has always been efficient. The staff is very helpful and there is a notary on site at all times. I would go out of my way to use your location over some other.

Friday afternoon, John walked in from outside the store, with no greetings what so ever, rudely said to us, "Is that your tape? Don't touch that. Put that back!" We held our tongue, then immediately after that, he continued his rudeness by saying, "Put the box up here so I can scan it!" Okay... but the counter is full, I can not put anything on there until after he scanned and moved the big box that's on the scale... very rude and condescending, short and disrespectful. He then told me I could not use the tape to tape up my box due to the amount of tape I needed? That's not right, I've been here many years, and it was never an issue until this guy, John... Even when i was there before he came in, his partner didn't have a prob with me using their tape. John was so condescending to me and told me no, why? He was very rude to my friend as well, stating, "You don't go into someone's office and grab their tape, do you??" First of all, it's not his office. It's a business that usually allows customers to tape up boxes. Also, I've been using this UPS store for many years, and so are many other UPS stores, and I've never had any issues with using their tape. But this guy, John, REALLY got into our skin today by being so rude and demeaning that we are not okay with that. So we took our package back, no need to work with this rude guy John, we went to UPS store on Peachtree Street, they are super kind, professional and great. Same box that this Monroe Drive location won't tape up, UPS Peachtree helped me with tape and gave me their tape to use and asked multiple times if I needed help. Wow, no one gave me a hard time for excessive tape used at Peachtree UPS. John is ridiculous. John, you seemed high or something. You're not right in the head for treating your customers like that. We have reached out to the corporate office and have not heard back from owners nor managements... my next step is to report this to BBB at the end of the day if this isn't handled right. We are angry. Treating us this way was uncalled for.

What a pleasure dealing with this store and store owner. Being able to send a package on July 4th with the assurance it will reach its destination on time is most resssuring. I highly recommend using this location to send your UPS packages.
