I don’t know where the original crew is (Eddy and the usual gang) BUT PLEASE BRING THEM BACK ASAP!!!!
These newbies aren’t cutting it for a high volume location! The store looks like a circus. They aren’t efficient in servicing guest timely or with accuracy! The old crew gave excellent, skillful and timely service that while ensuring customer care!
Edited and Update: after learning the store expansion to a new location and having to divide the dynamic team between both stores, I must say they are working hard to regain their proficiency with delivering great service while working in some of the newbies. Overall this location is still my favorite.

Super disappointed at their service. This store came highly recommended to me for printing services. The person I corresponded with via email was nice. But when I called the store to see if the flyers were ready for pickup, I was put on hold twice for more than 10 minutes each time. Every time I was put on hold I was told they would go and check… After I called back a third time, the clerk told me “we are busy and can’t drop everything to check for your flyer right now.” WOW, as if I wasn’t a customer. All I wanted was a confirmation, yes your flyers are ready, or, no they haven’t been printed yet. How long does that take!?!! I didn’t know calling to check on the status of my order (that was placed two weeks ago) was an inconvenience to the people that work there…

This location used to be very good, professional and efficient. It sucks now. Staff has changed and customer service is horrible. They constantly forget to give you your mail & often lose packages.

This UPS facility is consistently fast and efficient. The staff is always attentive and provides excellent customer service.

Usually come to this store. Had great customers service until lade name China was very rude to me. She told me a computer did not work and as I moved all my documents she was saying go over there go over there and never gave me a chance to move all my documents. I had my documents in order. I did not want to get them out of place. She told me to get out of the ups store.

On 05/01/25 my package was supposed to get delivered at this location but to my surprise the manager returned my package to sender for no reason. When we spoke he was rude and blame it on the UPS carrier. I’m calling back trying to get more info and he’s sending me to voicemail. He needs to be fired.

Ish and the manager on duty we amazing from start to finish! Ish was , Super professional and listened to our needs and expectations. Provided excellent customers as well was an engaging and friendly interaction. The manager on duty was very helpful and friendly to. They both made our experience easy and enjoyable.
