The UPS store at 1579 Monroe Dr in Atlanta has become an ESSENTIAL piece to my business! The team of Lisa, Jackie, Persia, and Antonio see me and my team a couple of times each day. They have consistently and professionally handled my domestic AND international shipments without a single problem. They have become an integral part of our ability to support our customers across North America.

Very busy location and that would've obviously been a huge problem - if it wasn't for Antonio! After he breezed through multiple people in the line another associate was attempting to help me ship a laptop to my coworker. He was able to keep the line moving, while also assisting in making sure the laptop was properly packaged, insured, and checked out. Even when the laptop needed a larger box than the typical 'laptop box'. Efficient, effective, and informed - thanks for your help Antonio!

I went into the store without completely preparing the package to be shipped. The executive first helped me get an estimated cost to ship it to my destination. I then was guided to select the appropriate envelope for my package and also helped by the executive to seal it for me. Overall it was a seamless experience with the shipping process and I would recommend everyone to use their services.

Great experience with Persia! She helped me with some returns and solved my problem with two packages but one tracking code with Amazon. Thanks for helping me even though it was right before closing, great customer service and problem solving!
