I actually don’t mind this location. It’s super convenient—just a short walk away—and the staff is usually very friendly. That said, under the new ownership, they’ve introduced a policy that I find diabolical: charging a steep $6 fee to print a single shipping label.
In a tech-forward world where most people don’t own printers and are encouraged to go paperless, this feels like a blatant cash grab. For context, an entire 500-sheet pack of paper costs $5.74—yet this place is charging more than that to print just one page. I’m all for paying a reasonable fee, but this? This is not that.
Until this pricing is reconsidered, I’ll be encouraging others in the neighborhood to take their business elsewhere. We deserve better.

We worked with Zed to fulfill a large print order, and he went above and beyond. He was so patient and helpful, and worked hard to find us the best options for what we were looking for. Can’t recommend this location’s customer service enough!

Under new management! Things are coming back online and inventory has been restocked. No problems with online shopping returns or shipping packages.

Nothing works and everything is down. The last FOUR times I have gone there they would have to send me further up Peachtree to the larger UPS store. Last week, all the computers were down. Today, there are no printers. I give up. I won't be back.
