Charges $3 to print ONE single piece of paper. Even more ironic that it was a UPS prepaid label. Also had major issues at this location when trying to get a passport copy, other UPS locations made the copies with no issues. Please avoid this location, as it is independently owned so their standards seem to be different. Tons of bad reviews here, must be for a reason! The “Owner” responds with generic messages and fails to address the issues, truly showing they do NOT care about UPS customers.

Best UPS in the area by far! Always very attentive to detail and Patrick in particular is always amazing and quick! Happy to have this in the neighborhood.

We would not have survived the pandemic and these past few years as a small biz without Patrick and his crew. They always go the extra mile to assist us, are available for everything from copies and lamination to shipping, … and seriously .. you just ask and they help. Just feel very grateful to have them on our “team”!

Employees are very rude and try to charge for services/packaging that is included in shipping charges. Avoid this location and go to another UPS store if possible.

Why offer notary service if only one person does it and they’re not in. You should remove that from your list of services as to not waste people’s time.

The service at this location is alright, but one of the staff members made a comment that dropping off a package “is not somebody paying today” which was a bit rude (and inaccurate)

One visit and you will discover each UPS store is independently owned and operated. The ill informed, "slacker clerks" will run to the back when you arrive, then mutter their career frustrations under their mask when you turn your back. They do not want to pack and ship. You will walk out feeling insulted and in fear of your item never making it. Run to the one at The Peach, quickly.

My experience at this UPS was absolutely horrible. The man who was supposed to be a customer service representative was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. They lost our package after we payed for two day shipping and dismissed it like it was nothing. I will never ship with UPS again!

My experience is very positive especially compared to other UPS stores. I’ve been here several times in the last couple months and the staff were always very friendly and professional.

I think the other reviews might be outdated. I’ve been here about 15 times over the last 6 months and have always had really good experiences. A few times the employees went above and beyond such as notarizing my documents for free and packing/taping up my returns for me. I have also returned an extremely large/irregular item here without issues. Every employee I’ve encountered here has been quick and friendly. This place is great.

Experience as post office is ok. But staff is unfriendly. I came with my kid and she wants to drink and started crying. I asked just a small cup and they can’t give it to a little crying kid, cause they “ don’t have any water”.Thanks for your humanity, Ups staff.

UPS is about the worst business I've ever had to deal with. There is no way to successfully contact them. I'd like to file a complaint not only about the system itself but about the automated phone system which clearly does not allow you to speak to a real person no matter what the reason. I am not complaining about the store where I sent my package. They were very helpful. But if you dare to have a question about anything other than what is provided by the automated system you are out of luck. I'd like to report this to their illustrious CEO but that information is apparently protected too. You can make yourself look great if you don't allow complaints about your business. This one is a major fail and I will never use UPS again.

Maurice is knowledgeable and professional, he was able to notarized my I-9 after several other locations could not. Not only did he know how to notarized the document, I watched as he patiently and carefully taught another employee how to notarize. This is the type of customer service that keeps customers.

Is there any sort of reason why your automated system is the WORST out there? I have tried three times to call, using different prompts to speak to someone and I guess you have made it so that is impossible?!??!?!?! I have a package with a tracking number that has been sitting at USPS saying pending acceptance for 3 days. I paid for this package to be expedited. If I cannot reach anyone from your LOUSY phone system, I will be happy to put a BBB report in so maybe they can reach someone and then you better believe I am going to get my bank to get my EXPEDITED MONEY BACK. UPS = ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS.

This is a terrible UPS store. The staff is inadequate and the manager does not know what he is doing either. I have had packages arrive missing, badly damaged, and completely sent to wrong addresses. I do not know what the staff here is doing but if you really care about your merchandise that is being sent, do not come here. They will definitely mess up eventually. Trust me.
