I came by here in an emergency. I had to print work-related stuff. This store charges you almost $3 for just touching their computer, just for looking at it and that’s it. When checking out I was appalled to hear that there was a charge for using the computer just to print.. so you pay for just touching the computer and you pay for the printing. I know paying for the prints, I didn’t even took a minute to get them printing… the guy at the desk said he did mentioned, short Caucasian male, which honestly he never did or I didn’t hear him loud enough. And he was a bit rude since the beginning. I’ve been to other UPS to print and there is no charge for just “touching the computer”, because they are going to charge for the prints. Overall.. just bad.

Lines inside the UPS stores tend to be short, the UPS workers are very helpful and I've never had an issue with a loss package!

When my sister and I went inside, nobody was in line. I was kind of happy, until one of the employees passed by and he looked very upset. He looked like he didn’t want to be there, and I left it at that because I didn’t want to think what I was really thinking. That day, as far as I could see, there were about three to four employees. The next employee was nice and took care of me and my sister. That day we opened a UPS mailbox. The next time I went in, the employee who seemed mad spoke but seemed like something was bothering him. No, he didn’t help me, it was the nice customer service person. The next time I went in, the employee who seemed like he was upset was helpful. He even helped me put my stuff in the car. I was happy that you decided not to be upset that day, and I want to say, and you know who you are, thank you for helping me put my stuff in the car. The next time I went in, another employee had problems. So, I don’t know, I don’t work there, but why does it have to be only one happy employee? But I am always happy to see him and would wait in line for him to help me if I need it. I hope that the other employees work through their issues.

I come in about once a week for returns on Amazon. Everyone is nice. Very quick transactions.

This store is scamming for print pricing, if i am not using computer i should not be charged $3+ for a page to be printed- the employee was very rude when i asked why $3 i didnt use the computer, he made a comment saying"if it was up to me i would charge you $5 if i have to print it myself"

Not welcome at all. Did not greet. I had a pre paid return, but the label was sent to my email. I was told I have to pay to print the label that was sent to me by the vendor. Even FedEx provides ways to send pre paid labels.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Employees were unprofessional, rude, and not the slightest helpful. Pick literally another other UPS store to save your day from getting ruined. Will never return
