This is the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. Everyone on Richard’s team is so nice, helpful and quick with their service. I’ve been coming here almost daily for 5 years and they have never let me down. Highly recommend for any and all shipping needs!

The Asian kid who works here is extremely rude and irritable when asked by customers to assist them.

This is an excellent UPS store. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. I use them for returns, shredding, copying, printing, and shipping. So convenient, too!

I had Richard collect and wrap some auction items for me which I had collected by a shipper and sent to me in England. Throughout the entire service he was prompt with replies and polite, all that you’d hope for. The items arrived today perfectly safe and wrapped superbly. I would happily use them again! As soon as I walked into the UPS Location, the ladies greeted me warmly and several reached for my package. A third walked me to the USPS drop slot so that I would know where to bring my mail for future reference. They also told me drop off and pick up times for their UPS driver. Very helpful as I work with an on-line stationery co. Pink Champagne Designs and we're always shipping out orders with UPS!
