I had a fantastic experience at UPS store number 4045 in Atlanta, Georgia, thanks to John's exceptional service. John went above and beyond to assist me with my shipping needs, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency. The store in Atlanta was well-maintained, organized, and provided a welcoming atmosphere for customers. I was impressed by John's dedication and attention to detail throughout my visit. I highly recommend UPS store number 4045 in Atlanta and commend John for his outstanding customer service.

I’ve been doing my business at this location for years. Today I came in for an Amazon return. In the same page as the QR code for UPS to scan explicitly states “no box no label needed” but the man with tiny braids refused to take my return. He raises his voice about this issue, loud enough, that his co worker says to him in front of me “I don’t see the issue. She doesn’t need to package her item, we do that for Amazon returns.” He stood strong on his statement and said no so I left. Brought to a different UPS with no issues. The customer in front of me was in mid-argument with him when I came in and I see why now.

The Buckhead Post Office is supposed to be open at 9 a.m. and am still waiting at 9:30 a.m.for this place to open. I called twice but to no avail. Please hire an actual competent staff to properly operate this Post Office..

Not sure who exactly the old, raggedy customer associate with the long salt and pepper hair I spoke to was talking to, but not only was she not at her desk when I got there, but she has a nasty attitude and was not helpful in any way shape or form when I was trying to return a package. I asked two questions, and she started getting buck with me as if I had said something to offend her. As if it’s not HER JOB to help me.

The fact that you trust a business with taking care of shipping HIGH value items to only have it STOLEN/“MISPLACED”is mind blowing. To have the audacity to service a customer to steal from them is distasteful. UPS you guys need to reevaluate your employees that you have placed, who represents the companies core values because it is lacking tremendously.

Please do not go there ! The employees are a theft . I went to drop off a package . And their female employee stole it . The package said it never left the store. And the manager was very lazy wasn’t even eager to help me find a value package that their employee stole. They wouldn’t even play back cameras to see if their employee stole. If they I have had her arrested. Please don’t go here

The man with the long beard and Shannaque(i couldnt read her name well and this is what i thought it said) were not kind to me they were working 11/29 around 4pm. I dont have a printer, so i didnt have my return label printed and they yell out how stupid i am to all the customers when trying to forward my return label to them saying "yeah well forwarding an email is common sense." Maybe i am stupid but do you have to announce my whole legal name infront of 8-10 people? They take other customers while I am standing there mortified because I hadnt said anything besides "i have an amazon return, but i dont have a printer... can i put this here?". I didnt know what to do and was made to feel extremely uncomfortable when coming in to purchase a box.All the while theyre expecting some sort of reaction. I was just extremely embarassed and wanted to not be there anymore just for asking for some help.

I have visited this store multiple times but recently I went for a pickup at 5.50pm on Wednesday and the person inside organizing the mail said that they are closed. I tried to tell him that the operating hours is till 7pm but he didn’t listen. I would understand if I arrive 10min before closing time but I arrived an hour early. Poor customer service

For printing or scanning no one knew how to use the machine. One of the ladies who was very kind and willing to help, but the other was rude and condescending. The FedEx across the street is so much nicer, has self service with much better machines.
