Edit: a few weeks ago, the owner low key accused me of stealing - tried to “scan” and charge me for UPS store tape I had previously purchased at his store on a prior visit. Not the move, Buddy. I used to come in every week but I will happily take my business elsewhere.
Old review:
New ownership & it’s a whole new vibe! Positive energy, great customer service - they will go the extra mile to give you a great experience. Give this store another chance - it’s night and day.

We came in for a notarization, and unfortunately there was an error on the notary-specific page. We came in with a new set of documents and no proof of the issue, and they handled the situation with ease, covering the new notarization quickly and free of charge.
On a regular basis, they are quick and pleasant for any shipping needs!

I come here so often but never have things packed up here and now I know why. I asked for a box and then they packed it up and charged me for packing and tape even though I just asked for a box. In total the box and packing and tape cost me $15! That’s scammy. Then argued when I said that he needs to tell people that before he just does it, said I asked to pack it even though I was holding my own roll of tape and then said he could untape it. Ridiculous and embarrassing for them. Do better.

Giving 1 star because None is not possible.
I went to this place to notarize a document (a medical records release which has the company name which I do represent, and I proved that to him), the UPS employee asked me to sign, after signing he saw my DL and said that I needed to have the patient with me as well, but man, I'm representing a facility who handles her records, I do not represent herself and honestly it doesn't makes any sense if I showed that I'm on behalf of the company. And it got worse: we called someone (supposed to be the manager) and they were talking about my situation in some language other than English. REALLY? if you represent a business and are calling someone to talk regarding a client who is IN FRONT OF YOU, the minimum will be to speak in English. I'm also an immigrant but if I'm doing business, I'll do it in English. I felt SO DISRESPECTED. It was rude and disgusting!
I just went to get a notary what means that he was supposed to notarize MY SIGNATURE.
There are many other UPS locations that are able to understand that if I do represent a business and can prove that, obviously I can sign the thin and get notarized. Now I'll need to reprint it and go to another location just because this guy wasn't up to work.
Disappointed customer service, very disrespectful and unfair. Do not go to this location!
(Also, other locations have better prices - I just went to this one because I was passing by - and will never come back).

I regularly use this UPS store for returns and my various shipping needs. Today I used the self return kiosk and accidentally scanned an old barcode that was on my package. When I realized this later because my return was showing up on the vendors site, CP went above and beyond to help get it rectified, thank you!!

Very rude young woman with black hair at the front. She didn’t inform me that the box would charge me an extra $16 and decided to tell me after sealing the item up. She then became very rude and told me “I should have known what she was doing when she took it to the back” like excuse me? Aren’t you supposed to be trained to inform customers properly? Then proceeded to make me pay for the box! I’m calling corporate! I’m a customer service manager and would never train employees to treat customers in that manner. Should be ashamed of her poor manners!

I’m all about small businesses, but I honestly feel price gouged. On multiple occasions I have paid the $10 convenience fee for the notary in addition to individual fees per stamp without complaint. Expensive, yes. But I was happy to support local businesses. However, today, I went in with an Amazon return and I was told that because the box was not sealed they were going to charge me $2 for ONE STRIP of tape. I asked if he could just seal it for me this once and he refused. I live down the street but I will never come here again.

I’ve used UPS Stores plenty of times, but I was genuinely surprised (and a bit annoyed) when I was told it would cost $1.99 just to tape a label onto my box. I understand charging for materials if you're packaging something up from scratch, but charging nearly two bucks for a single piece of tape feels excessive—especially when you’re already using their paid shipping services.
It’s the kind of nickel-and-diming that leaves a bad taste. A bit of tape should be part of the service, not an upsell. Next time, I’ll just come prepped with my own tape—lesson learned.

We have a business account here and have always experienced excellent customer service. The people are courteous, helpful and the space is clean and secure when I need to make after hours mail pickups.
