Wanted to charge a tape fee on an Amazon return. No other ups store in Atlanta charges that. I took my Amazon package to another UPS store who taped it up and scanned it in for no fee. Won't be coming here again.

Omar who handles the graphic design was off the charts unbelievable! I gave him my vision and he ran with it and made the most beautiful 6 foot banner for graduation and a poster board. I could not be happier

Beware… this location adds a 3.5% charge for paying with a credit card. There is a very small, discrete sign at the register noting the extra fee.

They don’t offer three day ground only two days and charge 7 dollars for tape plus the box.

I had a very complex work task to do which involved notary, printing, scanning and mailing. I dreaded it. I also dreaded it because it’s the end of the year when everyone is in a panic mailing things off. But this team made a difficult task efficient annd easy. Even though the store had a long line, the team moved through people in a really efficient manner. I was also impressed how as people came into the store, some of the staff knew the customers by name. I usually go to a different UPS closer to my house, but I’d honestly go out of the way to go to this one again. I’m really grateful they made my task easier. It made my day.

This store has the best customer service of any UPS store in the city. They are SO knowledgeable and helpful with all printing and shipping needs and go above and beyond to help their customers. Omar is amazing. Can't recommend this location enough!!

What a miserable experience this was! People here are so rude and not helpful at all. Avoid. Never heard an employee say out load “how there are 16 people in line at closing what a miserable Saturday!”’ The woman with red hair said this. Instructions on our end bring in item scan label and the rest is handled. NOPE not here.

Excellent and efficient service. Everyone is very friendly. Printing services are always high quality and ready very quickly. This is by far one of the best UPS locations!
