5-Star Review: Personal Touch Made All the DifferenceI popped into this UPS Store not expecting much beyond the usual. However, I was blown away by the personal touch and warmth from the staff. They greeted me by name, remembered my last visit details, and made sure my small package was handled with utmost care. Their genuine smiles and efficient service turned a mundane task into a highlight of my day. This place feels more like visiting friends than a shipping store. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next visit!

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now, maybe about a year. The gentleman who work in the store are always very helpful, patient, and friendly. In fact, they offer to tape up your packages, even when you bring your own tape, something that most other locations will charge you extra for. I’ve often had the gentleman even see me approaching the store and go ahead and open the door for me. It has always been a fast, easy, and pleasant experience to drop off packages or use any of the UPS services while there are a few other locations nearby, I always prefer to come here and give them my business.

I really hate that they have removed the 24hr access keypad… I’m never able to make it there before they close!! It’s just ridiculous no customer convenience considered!! I’m going to have to choose another location

Staff is not super friendly. And they burn incense. Place smells awful. It’s got a horrible haze and heaviness that takes your breath away.

They were helpful with getting me assistance with what I wanted and were mostly patient.I was a bit of a flustered hot mess. One of the guys stepped in to rush the process of packaging my stuff when I had a ♂️ moment of confusion even before I tried to get my printed label inside my package after they had sealed it.I was told I did not have to.The first lady I spoke to could have been warmer though.She looked like she did not want to be there..but I guess everyone has a bad day.They were helpful,but could be better.That's my book..

I walked into the UPS store with an Amazon return that was 2 bundles of moving blankets. I was told at this UPS store I would need boxes to make the return! This is how Amazon sent me the moving blankets in two bundles. I was confused why I would need boxes for the return. The people wouldn't help me. I went to the TOCO Hills store and it was night and day. I told the person the situation and they would help me figure out a solution. They helped me with getting the 2 bundles into the store! The young gentleman decided to wrap the bundles together because Amazon only sent 1 label. Then they helped me print the label from my email. The TOCO Hills store went over and beyond to help me with my return. I will not be using the Briarcliff location ever again. Thank you TOCO Hills UPS Store.

Lack of respect by employees, employees sleeping on the job, whom are still employed with the company. Boss Man never around to conduct his business, has unprofessional employees doing his work for him. One employee has locs and always sits and greets customers while on his phone outside the store. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant visiting this location.

This location lacks customer service. I go to this location often being that it’s the closest to me to return my amazon packages and every time there’s in issue. last time the manger was rude assuming he knew what i was asking for and didn’t and this time when returning my package as i was pulling up codes from amazon to scan i’m asked “are you done ma’am” in a condescending tone as if i didn’t have a few packages that needed to be scanned. if i didn’t have to go to this location i wouldn’t and i would love to see some new faces or new attitude. it’s not my fault you hate your job :(((
