A lighter skinned female delivery driver came to our community at Maverick Apartments and sat a bin full of packages at our desk and said I am not delivering these because i didn't have a code and when we offered the code she ran out the door. Truck number 3336216 (Not to be confused Odee who is our regular postman and is magnificent) Please have a conversation with this worker.

By far the worst post office I’ve ever visited. The lobby is never packed yet it seems as if the employees don’t want to work. They make up silly policies such as they can’t scan my prepaid shipping label packages for a receipt if the date on the label is more than a day old or they can’t accept my prepaid packages because I have more than three (actually had 5 or 6) and more than three (per them) requires an actual SCAN form. When I mentioned to them that I’ve never been told this at ANY of the other post offices I’ve ever been to the employee explains that that is how they were trained. After reviewing the USPS website and unable to locate any policies for both issues, I then requested to speak with a manager to show me the policy. The manager literally never came out. I believe that the employees were being deceitful and never even got a person from leaderships attention to resolve my issue. Or worst, the supervisor/manager is in on it. Again, this location is always empty and for an employee to not scan two prepaid packages and provide a receipt within a matter of seconds is ridiculous. Today, after around 2:20pm the employee explains that she can take my packages however she cannot scan to provide a receipt. Why would I give you my packages when we all know USPS has thousands of cases with missing packages. I see it all the time. Because of her refusal to scan and provide me with a receipt, I drove to the Crown Road location to scan the packages in by machine. Ultimately their agenda is to get less customers to traffic their location. I will be back and if this continues I will continue to report such behavior.

Stolen packages 2x
If your package does not have a tracking number, some packages do not, you can forget about receiving it. They steal the packages that do not have tracking numbers.
I have read posts about this location stealing packages. Now I know it is true. They put the tag in my box, like normal, when I receive a package and I go to the counter to retrieve my package, in exchange for the tag, and they "can't find it.". This has occured twice.
You can call, write an email, speak directly to the postmaster even call corporate. It doesn't matter my packages still have not been retrieved. I had to reorder on two separate occasions.

They make you pay to tape your box up. No other locations charge. I see why it’s a problem with USPS.

If I could give a 0 start rating I would Because they have lied multiple of times. They left a slip in my mailbox that stated I requested my package to be held at this establishment, when I never said that. I called C. S. yesterday and I was told that I can come get my package or I can be redelivered. I told them to redeliver it. Now I received the call stating that my package could not be delivered because of allegedly theft in the area. And that it couldn’t fit in my mailbox. Now it’s being returned and they lied again and stated in an email that it’s because of an incomplete address as to why it’s being returned. If that’s the case how come my trash bags were delivered if y’all had both!? This LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!

Brenda was our Postal Agent at this location, my encounter with Ms. Brenda was pleasant. I was greeted with a warm welcome and smile. She answered all my questions and didn’t rush me thru the process. I truly appreciate excellent communication and customer service especially towards the end of the day! I witnessed Brenda greet all her customers with kindness and got the line down quickly!

This office is rude, the woman who's a supervisor is very blantly uninterested in anyone's issues and has a she doesn't care attitude. My check is missing and she's basically told me oh well and hung up the phone!! This ghetto, rude and unprofessional office needs to be closed down or a total redo in the staff.

The Pryor Street post office is the best! I’ve shipped dozens of packages from this location and not had any issues. The team is also friendly and helpful.

Extremely quick service, the quickest I have ever been in and out of a post office. Marcus was extremely helpful, kind and professional. The woman behind the other register was very kind as well. Overall the best experience I’ve ever had at a usps location.

Marquia Fisher's professionalism, kindness, and upbeat spirit shone brightly even though I found myself at the back of a very long line. My attention was immediately drawn to her because of how she interacted with one of her customers. She tackled the line with impressive efficiency. When a customer needed to make corrections, Marquia explained everything clearly and asked them to step aside briefly. While they made the changes, she served two other customers, then promptly assisted the first customer upon their return. This representative was incredibly kind. She made every customer feel heard, cared for, and appreciated, all while managing to keep the line moving smoothly.Another employee, Marcus, was retrieving an item from the back for a customer. Before leaving, he kindly asked if anyone else needed something – I was the only one. I gave him my slip, but before he departed, I inquired about the other representative's name. He informed me it was Ms. Fisher. When she heard her name called, she turned her attention to me and Marcus, giving me the perfect opportunity to praise her exceptional customer service skills.Marcus returned with my package, but unfortunately, he encountered difficulty finding the package belonging to the previous customer. Despite this, he provided me with my package without a receipt, as none was required.Although tempted to leave, I felt compelled to write a review. So, I entered the post office again and made a small purchase with Marquia just to obtain a receipt with all the necessary information for writing my review. There were four of us waiting – Marquia informed the two customers ahead of me that Marcus was still searching for their package. At that moment, Marcus returned with his customer's package, both of them visibly relieved. I purchased my stamp, expressed my sincere appreciation to Marquia for her excellent service, and exited the post office alongside the customer who had finally received his package. He confided in me that he'd feared he wouldn't get his package, and I truly believe he wouldn't have, without Marcus's dedication to finding it.Most times, post office visits involve impersonal, dry unhappy representatives seemingly wishing they weren't there. Witnessing Marquia rise above these all the difficult challenges of this kind of job, remaining exceptionally kind, professional, and efficient while making her customers feel valued was truly refreshing. Thanks to Marquia and Marcus for making my and I’m sure others post office experience positive and beautiful.

Super fast, professional, and kind. They helped me understand everything about my international package. This was the best experience I had at a post office.
