I saw everyone's reviews and my package has been here for 4 days now with no updates. I will never use this USPS service again. Waste of time and money, They kept my package for 1-2 weeks so I had to request to track it it was lost in a dark hole somewhere and Atlanta it wasn't far from Florida it took forever even though the shipping time was 6-10 days but it took 23 days to reach the recipient. This is a joke with the sender and the recipient this place should shut down or call a training meeting on the work instead of being lazy every day.

I live right outside Statesboro and my package was shipping from Charlotte,NC, it made its way to Atlanta and then after a day and a half of sitting there without moving it turned right back around and was sent to Raleigh, NC and it’s looking like I won’t get it for a while now. USPS is a joke

What on earth is wrong with this facility? Any of my packages that arrive here get stuck for weeks or even months. The latest was 12 weeks in one place. This needs some serious attention.

Center is ridiculous when it comes to scanning packages to properly see where they are and falsely says delivery dates thats aren't accurate and not allowing you to come pick up your package pages are never ever on time. Its ridiculous and nothing gets done about it this center needs to be thrown away

Just hope your mail doesn’t go through this distribution center.
I have a package that has been sitting at this distribution center since April 23 and it is now May 5 and still no package delivered. I literally live 1.5hrs away. This is ridiculous. The weird part is that this particular package was part of a 2 package order and I received the other part of the order WEEKS ago but still waiting on this part of the order.
Tried to file for a refund on the website and was told I wasn’t eligible.
Like I said, just hope your mail doesn’t go through this joke of a distribution center.
