Avoid this location. They lose packages.
Light-skin big girl was extremely rude and gets triggered easily over nothing.
I needed help and she didn’t offer me anything. Also; phone number doesn’t work, so you cannot call in and get updates. People aren’t free during the weekday yet they are closed during the weekend. That makes no sense.

The staff here is very unprofessional and rude. The lady with the glasses gave me mail with a dead roach inside of it. This place should be shut down because of how filthy the location is.

This stores doesn’t follow the opening hours indicated on their Google page or on their door.
Last time it was randomly closed at 2.00pm and today again at 4.45pm.

Saw this station on the news about someone who was routinely loosing important mail like checks..................... Recommendation get at ups box at a nearby store.

The level of customer service has definitely gone down since the lady-with the dreads that ran front counter ride gone.
The service is slow I came in today and the gentle men in the front say it’s no stamps and he can’t sell me anything because there wasn’t a clerk to service me and he was very rude. I want be back again. I have tried to be patient with them but it’s always something with this location. I will be sending this John Osoff.

Great attitude, love coming here in my neighborhood. No one in the area wants to work though. They come to work and then quit next 10 year. Lots of strain on the manager.

Literally never open. They are so short staffed yet never hiring. It’s ridiculous and a sad representation of the west side.

The short, high yellow lady with braids has the WORST customer service. I don’t understand why she is nasty after realizing it’s her fault for not explaining her information correctly as an employee. I’ve wasted gas and money to come up here and she was no help at all.

The level of customer service has definitely gone down since the lady that ran front counter retired.The new clerks are very dry and it comes off very rude. I dread having to use this post office for anything. And they never have stamps either
