The carriers is working at this location are completely incompetent. How do you keep delivering high priced items for customers to the wrong apartment numbers and mailboxes like I don’t even get it like if you don’t want to pay attention and do your job correctly stop because people are spending way too much money for you guys to make careless mistakes. This is crazy and ridiculous.

Great that it was open on Saturday. I ended up buying tape and an envelope. It was about $5 in total. The attendant was pleasant albeit not knowledgeable or helpful about their “services” and products. None of this was unexpected from the USPS. What follows is more a comment on the actual vs potential postal service where I would have gladly paid $5-10 more for it to have been a smoother operation with better service.
Consider this scenario where what precedes the forward slash is what happened and what follows is an ideal alternative universe where USPS provides actual value beyond snail mail.

Me: Hello, I have this item to return (not packaged) and this return label. What do I need to mail this?
USPS Worker: We sell those envelopes over there (points to a retail shelf across the room) / Happy to help! We have retail envelopes and tape in the corner across the room, but for a $5 service fee, I’d be happy to package it up for you.
Me: Which one? / Ok great!
USPSW: Any one. / The white one is probably best and most affordable.
Me: Which one is least expensive?
USPSW: I don’t know. You have to look at it. / Of course, the white one is least expensive, but it’s not as padded if that’s important.
Me: Really?!? You don’t know? Ok I’ll go grab one real quick and leave this right here (runs off)
USPSW: You can’t leave this here! / Sure, I’ll place it to the side while I take the next customer, but you can step right up and resume completing your packaging.
Me: (Returning with the envelope)
USPSW: (No longer at the station) / (Checks back at the station) I’ll be right with you again momentarily.
Me: Hmmm
USPSW: (Returning, silent.) / My apologies for the delay.
Me: Is there a slip for me to affix this label that I printed from at home?
USPSW: We sell that tape right there (points to rolls of tape on the counter) / Unfortunately no, but here’s a roll of tape that a previous customer left for the community.
Me: ok (grabs tape and masks each side)
USPSW: (watches me work) / Let me tape that up for you.
Me: Ok, is this good to go.
USPSW: Yep, that’ll be $4.59.
Me: (pays) Can I leave this here for the community?
USPSW: I can’t guarantee that. I don’t work here all the time. / That’s so kind, sir. I’ll attach it to this station and let my colleagues know.
Me: Ok. Thanks, have a great day.
USPSW: You have a great day too.

Very rude and not even willing to try to understand my problem. Just sent me right back to the place I started to solve a problem that the post office worker understood but will not spend her time to help me at all.

Overcharged to ship because they dont know how to weigh a package. I told the lady I weighed it at home and that I brought in a package 5x as heavy the day before and somehow they are the same weight... she just shrugged her shoulders. Total bs.

Closed when I arrived shortly after they were supposed to open. Called the general 800# who couldn't find any reason why they'd be closed and was going to investigate further. Find another office if you want reliable service.

It would appear they take an extended lunch. I came at 1:40 and there was no sign posted just the gates down. Someone else said that they have lunch until 3 pm. Not sure what the exact times are but it seems like going between 1-3pm are a gamble. I’ve been before 1 and it’s been open every time

Seriously…what modern post office does not have a self serve machine to buy stamps?! Standing in line for 20 minutes to buy a stamp is something we did 20 years ago.
Oh and did I mention that when the place is closed, so is the lobby where you can’t even check your post office box and drop mail you need to be sent out? And there is a great worthless sealed drop box out front that you can’t drop mail into. Seriously what USPS location has boxes out front that don’t allow you to drop mail into them? Do these people even want a job?
So basically if you need to check your box, buy a stamp or send mail, if you can’t make it during open hours you’re SOL.
This place is the epitome of what’s wrong with USPS. This place might as well not exist. It’s literally useless

This Post Office is one of the best within my driving radius. Every letter or package I send through them arrives reliably, making the slightly longer drive well worth it. The customer service is excellent—despite handling some unusual requests from customers, the clerks remain professional and composed.

Got here at 3:59p as you can see no one to help me send important priority mail. Really ridiculous. Find another job if you don’t wanna work the one you have.

Walked here in a snow storm in the middle of the day and literally nobody is here.
