I mailed hundreds of pages of important immigration paper with this post office, using Priority Mail. The expected delivery date is today. However for the past 3 days, the tracking has been showing "Acceptance", the status at the exact time I dropped the mail. NO UPDATE WHATSOEVER! Where is my stuff??? Is it still somewhere lying in the post office?? Is it thrown away like garbage by some incompetent worker?? This is appalling and unacceptable!! Avoid USPS, avoid this post office like plague!!!!

Insanely rude. The woman at the counter looked at the stack of letters with postage I brought in and said “so what? You’re dropping these off?” to which I replied “yes”. She then rolled her eyes and threw them on the counter behind her. Awful, rude and unwarranted behavior.

The manager with too much sugar in his tank needs to be removed. Thug like professionalism, unintelligent, and ignorant.

Rude for no reason, has no time for anything - adding to the rudeness.

Absolutely the worst location I’ve visited thus far. Not only did the employee complain the entire time I waited in line advising she was the only one working. She slowly worked while over 15 people in line. She just left the desk and walked away to the back wherever for over 15+ minutes leaving us all hanging unhelped for 1 hour plus so sad. Horrible location save your time, and mental headache by just not coming. You’ll thank me later promise

Late to open. Not cool when you’re on your way to work and just want to drop something off quickly.

I wanted to say I will truly miss Mr. Reese , he helped me out so much with my packages . I’m not an easy task lol I usually have 15+ orders and he’s always patient and efficient . Great person , great spirit and I’m glad I was able to meet him . I won’t even go to my regular post office , so don’t go by the reviews this is on of the best post offices I’ve experienced .

0 stars. Moved to Atlanta from the UK 2 weeks ago and went in here (my first time in an American post office, unfamiliar with all the services on offer) to try and send an important document back to the UK using expedited delivery. Picked what I thought was was right option while waiting in a SLOW line, but asked the man at the counter for advice due to timelines just to check, and rather than simply being kind and helpful he was patronising and spoke to me as though I couldn’t read. I went away to address the envelope he recommended then came back up and got served by the older woman instead, she questioned the postcode I’d written on the address (like I don’t know how to write my country’s own postcodes) and then when I asked about the price not matching the one on the board proceeded to argue with me or just point in an annoyed way at her screen about things rather than explain to me the services as I’m asking questions. Her attitude stank and neither of them should be in customer service. I am absolutely not used to being spoken to like that, and it’s especially uncomfortable when you’re new to a country, so I literally walked out to go somewhere else. Also… one singular pen in the place for everyone to use! Never going back!

The man behind the counter was rude to each customer in front of me. Line out the door, waited over an hour. He had a problem with everyone for different reasons. Watched him harass an elderly man trying to ship a seashell. Patronize a woman with questions about an application. Talk down to a guy with a question about shipping times. Wouldn’t allow anyone to speak to him without interrupting, talking over them, belittling them for asking a question. Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have experienced in my life.I understand that this job must be frustrating after a while, but there is no need for that kind of behavior.

I watched them screw up mornings for more than a dozen people on Saturday morning. They are listed as being open at 9:00 a.m. I was there from 8:55 to 9:30 waiting for them to open and saw a whole bunch of people come and go. I left and came back at 10:15 and there was a whole new swarm of disappointed people with the doors still locked. And it's not the first time this has happened.

The woman at the counter today at 4:45pm refused to take my prepaid labels packages that were outgoing. She said she’s the only person there so she can’t accept outgoing packages?? She literally didn’t have to do anything but take them to the back.. i didn’t need a receipt or them scanned. I ship hundreds of orders monthly. I’ve never heard of someone not accepting my packages to be sent out because “they’re the only one there” disgusting!!!!

Why is it so hard to open a business on time?So disrespectful.Others have commitments and schedules to keep - I know this doesn't concern the employees here - but do your job and open the business on time.

First off the post office did not open at 9 a.m.! No one came until 9:30 a.m. Then when I asked why they opened so late, the man became very curt and short with me saying things happen! I had ten package I needed to mail. When he got to the 8th one he asked how many more packages did I have very nasty? Did it matter? Is it not their job to take packages no matter how many you may have? I replied two more and wanted to say more but knew if I did, me and him would get into a nasty confrontation so I left it at that. I shouldn't have to deal with someone being rude when asking why are you so late opening after all, I'm the one being inconvenienced and had to wait a half an hour AND was late for my job because of it but I guess that doesn't matter! What ever happened to customer service!!??

I went to the USPS on Piedmont this morning to get a money order. The rep, Mr. Reese, seemed to get into it with everybody there. I approached and said good morning and how are you hoping to ease the tension. This didn't help as he continued to talk over me and not listen to the questions I was actually asking. Instead, he wanted to tell me things that I didn't inquire about. I expect more from Government employees. Especially in an industry that has been on the verge of closing for decades. If people don't want to do the job THEY applied for, quit, as I'm sure they're are people willing and ready to do the job correctly.
