Janice was helpful and patient. I usually drop off packages at a blue box, but it's my first time paying to ship a package internationally and I'm thankful for her to correct certain things even if it took longer than usual and she may have been tired. I was hesitant to go to any of the USPS locations because of the bad reviews, but this one was recommended to me and it was fine. There was another employee, but I didn't interact with him at all, not sure if he was busy or just lounging around as she was the only one interacting with people. I’d come back here even though it’s a further drive.

This place is OPEN. Stopped here July 2nd at 1:07pm - they were open & there was 2 people working. I bought postcard stamps with no issues.
When there is only 1 person working, they take lunch randomly in the afternoon therefore they close.
While USPS isn’t always consistent- let’s support them before FedEx & UPS monopolize the mail market & charge whatever they like.

Post office in a major city shouldn't have 1 staff working the front desk. Always a long wait

Hostile delivery folks escalating simple requests likely due to stress. Heard this from two other residents at my complex when they inquired about delivery issues they had. I was part of one such situation and decided to cut the delivery driver off by walking out of the mailroom as he was beginning to go on a tirade about “me letting him do his job” when all I had asked was if he could let me grab my mail while I was there. When I first walked into the mailroom he was loudly on the phone talking to someone and I overheard him say “he would love for someone to start something like that with him”. Implicitly he was looking for a fight. He apparently took me walking out of the mailroom as an act of hostility likely to get ahead of me filing a complaint with actually validity and now I am required to pick up my mail from the post office which apparently never opens on time.
On top of this my mail has clearly been tampered with at least two times. I can’t prove it was this delivery man but with the general incompetence on display and this situation, it think it’s clear who the culprit is.

Austin is the most professional and knowledgeable person, and I will go out of my way to conduct my postal needs at this location (no matter how long the line might be) because he is such a good guy.

Post office never opens up on time. It’s now 9:22am on a Tuesday and everyone is standing in a line just waiting. This is ridiculous! It was suppose to open at 9am. Now it’s 10:22 still no one is here!!!!

Austin Holmes' manner was nothing short of disgusting, wavering between condescension and outright rudeness. This level of discourteousness towards customers is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable in a service-based industry. We expect to be treated with a modicum of respect and consideration, but instead we were met with total disdain.
It is evident that your location is severely understaffed leading to stressed employees. However, this excuse falls short when it comes to the unabashed rudeness of Mr. Holmes. Stress may colour a person's conduct, yet it doesn't grant him the liberty to treat customers with such disrespect.
