If I could give zero stars, I would. This USPS branch is not just incompetent—it’s corrupt.
This may very well be the worst-run postal office in the entire city, if not the country. The level of negligence, dishonesty, and outright disregard for customer trust is staggering. They routinely lose packages, and then insult your intelligence by pretending to “look for them” when it’s clear someone inside the facility is either stealing them or deliberately hiding the truth.
How does a package get physically scanned at this location and then just vanish into thin air with no delivery attempt ever made? It’s not a mistake. It’s a pattern. And it’s criminal. If you’ve ever had a package mysteriously disappear after arriving at this location, file a report with the USPS Office of Inspector General immediately.
There is no way this level of dysfunction and theft is happening without someone inside actively enabling or participating in it. This isn’t just a bad post office—it’s a black hole for mail and accountability. The community deserves better. Elderly neighbors, small business owners, families waiting for essentials—we’re all being failed by a branch that treats our property and time with absolute contempt.
This facility needs a complete federal investigation, a management purge, and a hard reset. Until that happens, consider every package routed through this location to be at risk.
Shame on this branch for becoming a symbol of failure, theft, and disrespect. Do your job—or step aside for someone who will.

There are packages just sitting here and anyone can walk out with them. Rang the bell. No one has answered. Terrible

This is not a good location. It would only be useful for sending mail that is already stamped, but you could do that somewhere more pleasant and easier to find.

Would rate 0/5 if I could. Im now on the 3rd package this facility has either lost or stolen. They use a scan that says “Delivered - picked up by an individual at this facility” to stop the clock so they aren’t penalized for so many late deliveries, but then you lose the ability to track it because they claimed you picked it up. When I went in person to tell them I obviously never picked it up, they geo located the package to the facility but then they couldn’t find it so just dismissed the issue and said I had to file a claim. Why do so many packages go missing? It’s been like this for years which is absolutely ridiculous, but I’m finally fed up enough to post a review. Cmon.
Adding information: Spoke with Atlanta USPS Consumer Affairs this morning. When a postal worker scans the package as delivered while still at the facility (ie it geo locates to the facility still), that is considered fraud. This should be reported to the Inspector General at 1 (888) 877-7644 and then select Option 6 to file a report. They are super responsive and will take your report so the facility will be investigated.

I've been here a handful of times because my orders were "undeliverable" to my address for whatever reason. Each time I've come, I received the help I needed. No one was ever rude to me or wasn't willing to help. (maybe new management? not sure) other reviews depict this place to be so awful but I do not have that experience, probably the "worst" experience I can say I've encountered is the wait time but EVEN then I never waited for more than 10minutes so it is not bad at all. The last time I was here, I realized that my boyfriend had a package dropped here (Either one of us weren't aware - only because the lady who was helping me told me there was an additional package labeled for my address) and she was very helpful in retrieving the item for me. My boyfriends package was large and heavy and she even offered to take it to my car!
This place is not a service post office like others in the area, it is just for pick up and drop off only. And it clearly states that when searching online, and several notices along the entrance and inside, I'm unsure how people miss it and get upset, drive an extra 5-10 minutes to the next post office .

There is a girl called Melissa she said that she was the manager, horrible service and bad attitude 3 different customers had to leave because she didn’t give them any option or solution, me personally won’t hire anybody like her she had as excuse that she only been there for 3 days.

This place is trash. Everyone who works here has a bad attitude and act like this isn’t their job. What’s the point of having opening at 9 if you don’t unlock the doors? If I come back at 11 and then you tell me the package is lost, I’m gonna be mad. Garbage, lazy, ghetto.

This location needs a heavy intervention from Regional Management. Took me literally 22 calls this morning to finally get someone to pick up the phone. My package was flagged as "Addressee moved, left no forwarding address," when I have lived at my address for 4 years and regularly clear my mailbox.I thought the other reviews were exaggerating, but they were not. I filed a claim with USPS Customer Service and insinuated this location needs to be investigated.

People give this post office a hard time because they don’t know that it’s a mail processing center — only for dropping off pre-labeled/pre-paid USPS items to mail out, and for picking up your mail that’s being held for vacation or as requested by sender. They do not sell postal items and cannot label mail for you, nor do they have staff for someone to always be at the service window! Their main job is to just intake and process mail delivery for a large swath of intown Atlanta. We use this location to mail packages for our small business, and our mail is received through it.Any time I’ve ever had an issue in receiving a package, I’ve called or filed a search request and someone promptly calls me and helps resolve the issue.Today they helped me with an issue and quickly resolved it — it reminded me to leave a review. Thank you, mail carriers!

They sent my expensive package to the wrong address no where near me. They refused to refund me, were not honest with me, and gave me the run around. They don’t pick up the phone either. So glad I moved away from this post office!
