This location needs a heavy intervention from Regional Management. Took me literally 22 calls this morning to finally get someone to pick up the phone. My package was flagged as "Addressee moved, left no forwarding address," when I have lived at my address for 4 years and regularly clear my mailbox.I thought the other reviews were exaggerating, but they were not. I filed a claim with USPS Customer Service and insinuated this location needs to be investigated.

People give this post office a hard time because they don’t know that it’s a mail processing center — only for dropping off pre-labeled/pre-paid USPS items to mail out, and for picking up your mail that’s being held for vacation or as requested by sender. They do not sell postal items and cannot label mail for you, nor do they have staff for someone to always be at the service window! Their main job is to just intake and process mail delivery for a large swath of intown Atlanta. We use this location to mail packages for our small business, and our mail is received through it.Any time I’ve ever had an issue in receiving a package, I’ve called or filed a search request and someone promptly calls me and helps resolve the issue.Today they helped me with an issue and quickly resolved it — it reminded me to leave a review. Thank you, mail carriers!

They sent my expensive package to the wrong address no where near me. They refused to refund me, were not honest with me, and gave me the run around. They don’t pick up the phone either. So glad I moved away from this post office!

You can pick something up here with a pink slip but god help you if you need to call. Just rings and rings or they answer and leave you on hold for 10 minutes and then hang up.

I don’t know why everybody’s hating on this location, they’ve always been great. It’s no frills because it’s mainly a distribution center, but they’ll help you out.

David is the Laziest USPS employee on the planet!! (NOT David L., different last name)Showed up to pick up a package, was texted that was delivered 25 minutes before I got there. My actual text said that it was delivered and ready for pickup. So I drove 20 minutes to get there. When I got there, David said it hadn't been brought to the front yet. He refused to go and take his little scanning gun to the back to scan the packages so that I could pick them up since I was already there. Lazy and worthless excuse for customer service.Does the absolute least amount of work he can do to get his paycheck. He needs to be fired and someone with accountability and who has minimal amount of pride their job needs to replace him.No wonder it's a 1.5 average stars in their reviews. Congrats David for being a big part of that reason.

Customer service is abysmal. I call at 4pm. Lady answered. Says to call back in an HOUR when the manager is back from lunch. AT 4 pm? Mind you, they close AT 5! I said when would you like me to call back . She says ten minutes. Long story short. My package was never found.

I've lived in this postal zone for almost 35 years and the service has been horrendous the entire time. I recently moved and filed both an electronic change of address online and a physical one handed to them at that location. 90% of my mail is being returned marked "undeliverable" Try calling them - phone will ring forever and then just disconnect because someone disconnects it. No type of complaint changes one thing at this place. Not even reporting to the Postmaster General.

Package do not always get delivered. Usps app shows our daily delivery of mail and packages. On the day of package delivery, even though we are home, it will say “delivery attempted no access to property”, when they can just leave package at the front door. The problem is, the 3Flight of stairs to get to front door.

These folks are always helpful and friendly, on the phone and in person. Their customer service is WAYYY better than most businesses. Sometimes delivery mistakes are made, but they’ve always resolved it by the next day when I talk to them. One time I talked to one of the bosses on the phone and he brought me my package first thing in the morning. Another time I saw the mailman on his route and told him I was missing some stuff. He actually made a note of my name and address and someone brought it the next day. This facility is huge and really busy but if you’re patient and polite to them, they WILL help you and in a timely manner with friendly service!!!

Very helpful staff! One of my packages was lost and ended up being held at this location. The staff took the time to check the warehouse to locate my package and put it aside for me to pick up. This allowed me to intercept the package before it was set to be returned to the sender.

I'm here waiting now for over 15 min. I can hear no less than 6 different people talking within 10 feet around the corner. I've rung the bell about 15 times. No acknowledgement. Nobody even came out to say sorry we can't help right now. I don't have high expectations, i wasn't rude, i didn't lean on the bell. They literally just ignored me. I'm flabbergasted. I'd love it if I did t have to do my job when I didn't feel like it.

This place is okay.Leighann picked up on a Saturday and addressed my issues and handled it during the week. She was friendly, polite, and actually handled everything, AND called me back. THIS WOMAN DESERVES AN AWARD.Calling during the week is a nightmare, since people either let it ring, or will pick up, and hang up immediately.
