Don't try to mail a letter at 9:00 p.m. because the place is locked and they didn't even bother to put an outgoing mailbox on the sidewalk or slot in the door

I can back up every single negative review that has been previously posted. I have been here multiple times shortly after they should have been opened and they were not. In addition when I went in earlier today, shortly after they opened, to drop off a prepaid package, the clerk, was incredibly rude and acted like they had no interest being there. Her name was Shay and I heard her treating the customer before and after me rudely. She is the reason I will not go back to the this USPS and avoid using USPS whenever possible. Adding to this nightmarish location, my father is retired USPS (More than 30 years service) and he would be devastated to hear how poorly managed this post office is.

Just dropped off a package at 10am. Location was quiet and inside cool which was refreshing after walking in the heat to get there. No queues and quiet, was seen immediately. This is my second time visiting and still experienced an efficient service. No complaints here.

Came in to send an envelope around 1.15pm on a Tuesday. Not too busy--I was in and out in like 10 minutes. They have a sign saying that they close for lunch from 2pm to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Worst USPS ever. For the past 3-4months, I have been here 5 times at 9:30am, noon, 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm. It never opened!!!

The attendant at the desk is literally lying about the fees and thats theft, it does not cost $224 dollars to get a money order the fee is 2.35 and the attitude is not helping at all, honestly they should just shut down this place and fire everybody

My experiences at this branch are the main reason I now avoid the USPS whenever possible. The customer service isn’t just poor, it is aggressively rude — every time. I often find the front desk clerks seemingly fabricating rules in order to deny packages or to refuse scanning packages that then get lost in the system. They are obviously not happy with their jobs. What’s more, as many have mentioned, the workers do not show up to open the branch or return from lunch when the stated hours say they will be there. It’s sad that I have to actively avoid my neighborhood post office.

Conveniently located for my needs but the newest staff member is extremely rude. She won’t give you eye contact and treats you like your existence is an inconvenience, like your mere presence is a disturbance. Just a general bad vibe. So know that you are fine and she is the problem.

This is unprofessional to have hours of operations up and when you uber here they are not available! Atlanta is known for the unprofessionalism please have some one else available for business. Not only this is a federal business!

From 2-3pm daily it’s closed for lunch as there is only one person who works there.
This post office is huge, plenty of room for PO Boxes, two different entrances and there’s always a person available usually one.
There is also 30 minute free validation if you want to park in a garage near by.
The only thing I wish is they have a kiosk to weigh and label your package to send it.
Easily the best office outside of the Buckhead shopping location. Never had a problem w/ my mail or delivering anything.
Only service dogs are allowed.

Sign says closed for lunch from 2-3. But 3:25 still closed. People waiting and leaving to go to UPS. This is a major.problem. just shows where the i inefficiency really is.

For some reason , they are closed for lunch most of the afterNoon. I went 1 pm, lunch time. I went 3pm another day, lunch time. Some other day around 2:30 shutter closed for lunch. Most inefficient. Atleast mention in google, how many hours you guy eat!

This location never seems to be open even during business hours. I came back 30 mins after the posted lunch break and it was still closed.
