EAV Post Office is pretty good. They have a parking lot, and usually have the necessary mailing supplies. There are some blue post boxes out front and a large package drop off inside.

Customer Service at this location is -0. So in June I bought a money order from this post office and I never saw that it was blank. So I sent the money order to pay for my car. When they got, the deal text me back and say it was blank to my surprise. So I went back to the post office to try and get it resolved in many different ways up to now I am stuck with a money order, money was drawn from my account. The “so call supervisor” said they do not have an inventory of the money order they have. To make matters worst, the grumpy female agent used who gave me the money is no longer there. I have called every number to try get my $252 back. This is just fraud and I need my money back. I will be reporting it to the police.Customer service at this post office is absolutely terrible. In June, I bought a money order from them and never noticed it was blank. I sent it to pay for my car, but when it arrived, the deal texted me back saying it was blank, which was a huge surprise. I went back to the post office to try and resolve the issue in various ways, but I’m still stuck with a money order that was withdrawn from my account. Update: As of today another package mis-delivered. Just throw the whole post office away. So frustrating.
This place is a disaster. The USPS used to be the most reliable and secure form of delivery. Now they just hire anyone. People who simply do not care about the job they are doing. I cringe whenever I order something and I see a confirmation that it was shipped USPS.

Very disappointed and disrespected by the young lady that didn’t disclose her name just the initial T jones last name. Very rude eyes rolling and careless will be making report with OIG in the morning so no one ever has to go through with problems at this location again with this young lady! this happened on 6/30/25 at 1:13 pm

Everything got handled, but the vibe was… frosty. I know the USPS has its struggles behind the scenes, and I truly empathize. Still, a basic level of friendliness would make a big difference. Customers shouldn’t feel like a burden just for walking in.

Literally the worst post office in Atlanta. If you can catch it open, the line is always out the door. Don’t come here in a hurry because you will wait. Always.
