These people are so rude and bitter... It's unbelievable.. Our Ancestors couldn't even work in postal offices once upon a time.. if you don't like your job quit.. don't get upset or hasty with me because I'm requesting a refund.. Smile it's ok

Rude and Incompetent people working here. Instead of greeting you when you walk in, they sit on personal phone calls and act like they have an issue with you interrupting their phone calls.

If I could have given it zero I would.
This USPS location consistently fails to adhere to its posted operating hours. Once again, the staff decided to close early today, shutting down at 14:45 without any explanation this is the four time in few months. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional for a public service to operate so unreliably. They should not be allowed to close the office at random times, especially when customers rely on their posted schedule.
To make matters worse, the condition of the facility is appalling. The interior is dirty, unkempt, and downright gross. It’s clear that maintenance and cleanliness are not a priority, which only adds to the overall negative experience. This level of service is unacceptable, and significant improvements are urgently needed in both reliability and facility upkeep. Customers deserve better than this. Then the rates continue to go up each year.

No outgoing mail and lobby is closed by yellow tape and handwritten signs. Just moved to the neighborhood and walked 20 mins to mail a package. Disappointing.

I walked in with 3 packages to send and there was yellow police tape across the lobby entrance. They are doing construction work on the building and it is closed except for P.O. Box access. If you Google the location it says it is open but not really…

If I can give you no stars, that's what I would have done. The postal system is horrible. I live in Atlanta. I'm having trouble getting my mail because the mail doesn't come directly to Atlanta anymore. It goes to a hub in Florida. I have a PO box, and when I check my email, it says what I have ordered from ebay, amazon, whatever should. I asked the mail clerk do I have any mail that you're holding?She goes, "Oh yeah.I just have the package in my hand. I just didn't put it in your p.o.box I just laid it down. The postal workers at the post office I go to acts like they hate their job.Customer service is out the window.

I have a P.O. Box here. They close during lunch and after business hours. I adhere to these hours. I go to pick up my mail during open hours from my mailbox and I am locked out. I proceed to find an employee and ask to get my mail. I get told the system is down and I can’t receive my mail in my box. THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW! They don’t even post an office number so you can call to check on the status of this supposed system downage. Completely not okay! Please somebody in the USPS or authority of some sort fix this issue!!!

Worst post office I've ever had to use. They tried to send my mail back after saying I didn't need to bring my id in to confirm but then said I did the next time I went in. When I brought my id in the next time she was super rude and acted like she didn't know what I was talking about even though it was the same old lady with short hair who told me to bring it. Finally got it done and she wrote my name and id number so I could continue to get mail. Next time I went they again were going my to send my mail back acting as if I hadn't come in three times already to confirm.
Also never open when the hours says they should be and cant even access your PO Box after hours like every other location on top of it. Horrible location too in regards to traffic and parking. Old lady that works there needs to retire as she obviously doesn't even want to do bare minimum and is rude for no reason on top of it while people are being perfectly pleasant to her. Normally don't write reviews like this but I cannot fathom how this place could be such a horrible experience for just mail service.
