A couple of days ago I went to a different post office closest to where I live now trying to catch a package that was being delivered at the wrong address the lady at the counter was no help at all she had no suggestions nor information to give me to help me with my situation that was before the package was even delivered after the package was delivered I contacted the post office they gave me suggestions so today I went to Lakewood station in the area where the package was delivered to the two ladies at the Lakewood station were very helpful took their time with me they were very patient and very respectful and had suggestions to help me with my situation as well as go back in the back and look for my package they were able to find my package for me I definitely appreciate them

The driver put my mail and packages on the ground not in my mailbox because he didn’t want to walk up 6 steps and drove away.

Phone is busy nearly 100% of the time and office is closed at random hours during regular business hours.

In less than 1week, I have found this post office close and without an attendant during regular hours, the second time it happened, I waited over 30 min, and nobody came for service. This is the postal service! This kind of lack of attendant should not be tolerated.

This place is the absolute worst. The height of dereliction of duty. Closed randomly for no stated reason during regular hours. Mail holds that either never take effect or that don’t get lifted without multiple visits to the post office. Avoid if at all possible.

I have receive 4+ pieces of mail that have been tampered with. As soon as I report it missing through my informed delivery account then it magically appears in my mailbox opened.

The blonde lady with the short haircut that works at the front is AWFUL! Like someone else said, no matter how pleasant you are she’s going to have an attitude and treat you like you ruined her day by coming in. I watched her argue with three people prior to servicing me, and I have issues with her EVERY time I come in. She even tried to argue with me but I had better things to do and simply walked out in the middle of her rant. I hate that usps workers can basically never get fired because she needs to GO.

I hadn’t received a package that said it had been delivered so I went to the post office. The man working the front desk tried multiple times and different ways to find my package. The next day I asked our mail carrier if she might have my package — she didn’t, but she got on her cell to another carrier who immediately knew about the package and said she had it and would deliver it which she did within the hour. Every person I interacted with went above and beyond with such friendliness. With all the talk about being a good neighbor, the USPS staff and carriers truly exemplified this this week — much appreciated!

I called down there today , and they had this robot answer talking bout an medical alert necklace, I couldn't even get in contact with them plus they have my postal number and and phone number they still sent my package back to rhe sender ?, this is just outrageous and something needs to be done, for a long time now thus has been happening, and no one has dine anything about this business.
