The mail lady for my house is trash. She won't bring the packages to the door. One time she left a note in the box saying Noone was home. but I was at my had it open looking at the mail boxes.

There have been numerous complaints about Jose, the bald white Puerto Rican. He needs to be forced to retire because he continues to work in order to avoid giving half of his pension with his ex-wife. As a result, he projects his anger onto customers, which is detrimental to the business.

I came by to check for a package that has been missing and shows that it is at this location. The guy Jose was so rude, it was unbelievable. Seemed like he had tension built up and was ready to hit somebody. The guy before me came by and mentioned he hasn’t even received mail in over a month. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but it seems as though it needs to clean house and hire some quality people to work at this location. This location needs a hard reset

Laziest post office in the county. People are always on break or they always try to close early. I only gave them one star because they at least have a box to drop stuff off in.

I have tried to use this location twice and apparently they are on a perpetual lunch break. Today I got there at about 1:15 and sign said closed for lunch and would be back at 3:30. That must be some lunch!

Closed up at 2:00 p.m. on a weekday - note on the door said come back at 3:30. Sloppy, dirty interior. Parking lot an overgrown mess. They don't try and don't care.

The postal service has caused severe problems for everyone. This post office was closed on a Monday. I've been waiting for mail from February, and no one is being held accountable. On Monday 7/22/24 on my way to work I stop by the post office to drop off mail in side, thinking it would be safer. There was a sign entering the post office door saying will be back in 30 minutes are so for lunch. The post office was closed once again. Where was the staff ? Everyone leaves the same time. There was a guy on the inside near the lock boxes just hanging out, I was caught off guard because I didn't see him when I came in and dropped my mail in the drop box. He came from the back side of the lock boxes. While leaving another guy walking came up went in, no mail in his hands. They were just hanging out inside the Post Office. I hope they at least have camera on the inside to watch our mail. This post office is a mess, mail going to the wrong address is common. Management there needs to change quickly. I'm still waiting on mail from February. Watch your mail people and watch out were you leave. That post office seems to be the new hangout .

Do these people even work?? Got a friend to take me to the post office to drop off an important document and after all the trouble of coming here, they had this on the door. Are you serious??

The post office has really let me down. I mail a Priority flat rate envelope every week. It used to take 2 days, the latest took 4. Why are we paying for this service you can not deliver on time.

For some reason I keep coming back here but 9 times out of 10 the internet is down, they are closed at random hours of the day or some other unforeseen excuse as to why they can't nail something for me when I come in.

I’ve come here more than once to find a sign on the door saying “be back at [x time]” which is a bummer because the truth is I was hoping they would be there when I arrived, not at [x time]

Good luck everyone finding a time someone is there. 0/6 my last visits. Haven’t been able to ship anything for over two months at this location. They are either gone, at training, taking 3 hr lunch breaks or the machines are down every time I go.
