The WORST USPS ever. They claim to open up at 9am Ive been at the door for a whole hour trying to complete what I need to do with them. This is unacceptable better off shutting this place down or firing whomever is in charge.

After driving throughout Buckhead looking for a post office that was open. Arrived to this location that was open, my local post office on Pharr Road is closed for remodeling. The wait time was minimal and the clerk was helpful & friendly.

Saturday hours are wrong and have been for months. If you go there on a weekend they are not open and the kiosk for self service is dodgy at best.

This post office was small and when I went had one worker and we had a line.
Also the 1 guy manning it, it seems goes to lunch for an hour. They need to be open the whole time during business hours. Staff the place so that is not an issue.
This post office location needs to do better. It looks dated and needs more help. I know postal workers be sick of the public at times, we can be demanding, but be friendlier.
Ya’ll got good benefits at least and pay hopefully so that is something to be happy about you know.
Hope it gets staffed better and remodeled sooner than later…

They don't pick up the phone. I've tried calling over several days, probably 20 times. I went there and they couldn't find my package. They promised to call me with updates, but that was a lie. I tried calling again, and as usual, no one picks up the phone. I'm filing a complaint.

Awful! Closed even when it supposed to work - eg worker just randomly increased lunch break for 30 more minutes in front of customers waiting for him!

Now I understand why I was warned about this location and told not to open a PO Box here. This year three of my packages went missing and a lot of my mail is torn open as if someone is keeping track of the internal contents.
I’m canceling my PO Box this week so that my other packages don’t go missing. I would recommend that people stay away from this location too.

I’m not sure why they are closed at 10:00 on a Saturday, but for the past 3 weekends, they are closed but give no reasoning. That shouldn’t happen.

First the dull faces in here are not welcoming! They never have any postal supplies! IE tape markers etc. the kiosk barely works! If you need to tape a box you’re required to purchase a whole roll of tape! It’s been the same people here for over three years and they never smile! I’ve never been so disgusted with customer service! At least at the west end where it’s ghetto they smile and joke! I just can’t believe how nasty they are in here! Do better!!
