Please get some better workers in here .. they so rude will literally laugh and talk to you any kind of way right in your face … I sent off 10 packages somehow all 10 getting returned ? lol I never have that problem at no other postal office . I ship package daily literally NEVER EVER GOT S RETURN TO SENDER UNTIL I USE THIS ONE . PLEASE IM BEGGING YALL GET BETTER PEOPLE IN THERE THATS KNOWS WHAT THEY DOING

This post office is TERRIBLE. They falsely marked my home as “vacant” just to avoid delivering my package. No one called, no one knocked—they simply decided not to deliver it. When I went to pick it up just a few hours later, they claimed it had already been returned to the sender.
Then it got worse. The next two packages I had delivered weren’t brought to my home either—they were held at the post office without any explanation.
And good luck trying to get answers. They never answer the phone. It’s like they go out of their way to avoid doing their jobs. It’s honestly ridiculous—and unacceptable.

I was rushing to get there before 1p on a Saturday and unfortunately made it a few minutes late. I accepted my fate and resolved to just get the packaging I needed and I would try again another day. The flat rate boxes were not filled so I tried to ask the worker who was stopping people from entering if I could just purchase a box since there were still people in line. She told me no, since it was past 1p and the woman working the counter had closed the register…..which was a lie as there weee still a handful of people who had been in line before 1p and still needed a way to pay for their mail needs. But, I accepted it and was going to go about my day when she relented and asked the counter worker if she would allow me to purchase just a box, to which she replied I could.
This is exactly where the interaction went from present enough to rude. She unlocked the door and proceeded to reiterate that they closed at 1p and the only reason I was allowed in was because the woman working the counter was being nice. Which communicated with an attitude. I decided then not to purchase anything because her attitude was completely unnecessary. I was just going to go home when she told me no the first time. Had SHE not asked if I could purchase a box there wouldn’t have anything to write about.
I was appreciative of the counter worker making an exception and being willing to allow me to purchase a box. What I will not stand is being spoken to as if I am a petulant child. If you hate your job, that’s fine….. but keep that energy to yourself

I’ve been trying not to write a bad review because it doesn’t matter and no change will come….but Trump wants to get rid of the postal service …..they really need to get it together …..they’re supposed to be open now for people to check their box but I guess no one is here to open the place. No smiling and welcoming faces. It’s the holiday season ……smile, be nice……if you don’t like your job then find another instead of offering bad customer services ….and stop playing that stupid music…..it’s a professional environment or at least turn it down so only you can hear it. Who’s the manager? Why is there only one guy working the counter …. The other lady retired. Oh why am I wasting my time writing this ……nothing will change until it comes under better management …..someone who actually cares.

I'm new to the neighborhood. Visit this location twice. West End Branch needs shutting down! Sadly....Never in all my 40 +years of living in Atlanta have I experienced poor horrible Postal Service like I have these last few months. They both open & close when they get ready! Literally just pulled up at 2:46pm & the "CLOSE" sign is on the door! Not too mention. I'm still unable to track a letter I personally mailed from this exact location 3 wks ago. Please shut these locations down & bring in UPS or Fed Ex to get the job done because the poor customer service is past ridiculous ? Pay your employees, Hire knowledgeable working employees or just leave all together!

These people ate the worst ever miserable azzez My complex had lock changed on mailboxes. Nothing was wrong with my lock. I never got mailed stolen they changed the lock no key and now want to change the lock again and charge me 30 dollars. The Post Office are bullies making money off folks that don't have money. This is ridiculous. Last week, I spoke to an Issac lazy, zero customer service phone playing music while I'm talking to him, and today, an older lady not listening to Nothing I had to say just wanted the money. This is not fair at all.
THE POST OFFICE IS FULL WITH BULLIES AND TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE ALL THE TIME. see pic where they fixed it and changed the lock and left no key
WTH? Today is Saturday, and their schedule said to open until 1 o'clock they closed. SMDH, I can't with the Post Office. There is no schedule on the door to let you know what their schedule is. People can't even get to their mailboxes. Just closed the dang place or get a staff that wants to work. A carrier came in older women very sweet and got the front opened.
Ms Jennifer was great was short staffed the norm with the Post Office. SMDH

Do not go here if you have important packages to shipped .they will never be shipped
I shipped 3 large boxes and only 1 left the building . I paid $300 and USPS cannot find my boxes . I believe the boxes and contents were stolen . They are huge and nobody can find them . They were not even scanned .I have to wait 15 days to file a claim .this is the worst customer service and experience I ever had with USPS and I will make sure someone is held accountable .I believe this is the reason the bad service continues because nobody has taken it all the way to the top ! They insurance cannot replace the items . It’s sad and unacceptable but it’s Atlanta !
