The lady with the dreads is extremely rude. I asked to have my envelopes tracked because I wanted to make sure they were delivered on time and she refused to do so. I also arrived early and customers were left waiting outside the door until the post office finally opened (late, I might add). Avoid this location at all costs!

This post office is the worse and they have stopped forwarding my mail for the third time this year. I talked to an employee named Nicole a few times and she LIED like she didn’t see the extension for my mail forwarding in the system. The manager Janice Young is ignoring my calls and emails instead of trying to resolve this issue once AGAIN! The postman Marcus was deliberately not forwarding my mail when he was working here. The location is very unprofessional, lie to customers, don’t do their job, are VERY LAZY, and all need to be FIRED ASAP!

This place sucks. Absolutely ridiculous to have only one person staffed at peak times. No focus on efficiency/speed. Wait time 25+min to ship a package.

Came to the post office and 2:15pm on a Thursday and this sign was on the door. No mention on when they will return. Myself and other customers were just lost for words.

This post office is closed more than it is open. The employees decide to just lock the doors and go home on any given day and put out their “technical difficulties” sign. I have had to drive to other Post Offices so I don’t get another late shipment strike against me from EBay. I already have 2 strikes because this location did not scan my package that day even though it was dropped off that morning. If the employees decide to go home the supervisor needs to show up so customers can conduct their business.I have filed a complaint with the Inspector General and so far no response.I was advised by a retired Post Master in South Georgia to compete the survey at the bottom of your receipt, as those do get attention.The only problem with that is….for us to get a receipt and do the survey, the Post Office would have to be open…….

I’ve been coming here for years and the only issue I ever had was a long line. Today the older man was so rude to me I left in tears. Tracking hadn't updated for my package in three days and when I tried getting him to tell me why he shrugged it off and said it never updates for drop offs. Having done drop offs a million times over, I told him I didn’t think that was the case to which he continuously repeated I’m not going over this with you. I started to tear up feeling bad and he ignored me and helped another customer even though I still needed to ship something else. Incredibly rude man and I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

The slowest post office ever. Always just one person working and the line is always long. I’m not sure why they do not hire more people for the busy times. This is the second and last time I will come here for postal services. Mailing off a simple package should not take 30 mins.

I rarely leave reviews, but have to today. The clerk was so unprofessional - I believe at one point he even said “idiot” under his breath when I asked a very simple question about taping the shipping label on the box. It seems the same individual treats everyone this way at this location based on the reviews. I understand this is probably a job where people are rude and frustrating, but I was nothing but kind and just attempting to make sure my packages were prepared correctly for the pre-printed labels supplied to me. I chose to ignore how he treated me (and others there) and instead thanked him for his help. Perhaps he would be better suited in another role - not one with so much customer interaction.

If you have a problem that you need resolved over the phone you’re better off not calling. I called twice during open hours and was left ringing for 10 minutes both times waiting for an agent to answer my call, only for it to hang up. I had an emergency that needed to be resolved before the weekend, as they’re closed, and it was a Friday. News flash, Friday isn’t just a freebie day for you not to answer your phones. Very unprofessional and do not recommend dealing with this branch.

There are 4 package drop-off boxes but all 4 have been “out of order” for months. This means you have to drop off packages during business hours. However, even if you come during the posted business hours, there’s a 90% chance they will mysteriously be closed. Don’t bother with this location.

This was my first encounter with this location. I had a package that needed to be delivered. They left the tracking update as needed to be scanned but no one informed via email or call of the whereabouts of my package until I made a service request. When I went to pick up my package an elder man (bald w/ glasses) was unprofessional and had no cough. He treated me poorly and made smart remarks when communicating. Sad to say this is the closet location to me.

Terrible. Waited in line for hours just for them to close the store before they could help me. Genuinely feel bad for the only person that was working there who has to deal with impatient and rude people all day… unfortunate situation for all parties involved. Once again our tax money hard at work!
