This post office should just close for good. They are NEVER OPEN. There is usually a sign with an excuse for not being open. They always close early on Fridays because they are lazy and don’t want to work. I have missed several important deadlines because of this. I rely on the USPS to maintain the standards of at least the hours of operation. I will continue to post photos of the excuses so everyone can see - DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!!

Every single time I come here (for the past 5 years) they’re closed during operating hours. The older woman is super rude and caused a package to get lost even though I corrected her on the address several times. Stay away.

As soon as I walked in, the customer service was terrible. The staff gave me attitude for no reason and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. On top of that, they randomly closed for lunch from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM, which is ridiculous and super inconvenient. Very disappointing experience.

I have been using this location for many years and yes sometimes there are back logs to the counter but usually during lunch hours . The two people who presently working there are very professional and goes the extra mile to assist you . I see customers showing up and are not prepared correctly to mail something but they are treated well and given the opportunity to correct whatever and get their stuff mailed . This takes a lot of patience on the associates there. I give the PO a 100% rating . Their front should swing in vice out due to some customers carrying a load to mail.

Extremely Disappointing Service
I recently had a very unpleasant experience with this service, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. From the beginning, the staff was unhelpful and disorganized. My initial request was completely ignored, and when I tried to follow up, I was met with delays and excuses.
The service itself was below expectations—nothing was as promised, and it was clear that the team was not paying attention to details. Additionally, when I raised my concerns, customer support was rude and dismissive. It felt like they were uninterested in resolving the issue or taking responsibility for their mistakes.
Overall, I regret choosing this service and will not be coming back. It’s a shame because I had high hopes, but the poor quality and lack of professionalism are unacceptable.

Closed randomly from 2 to 3 pm for “lunch” on Jan 2. I arrived at 2:45 and had to wait 15 minutes. The postal worker was rude to me when opening at 3 pm.

If I could give ZERO stars-I WOULD. I’m only giving them 1 because it’s the default and I have to select an option to write a review. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: what street are you picking your employees off of? I was given attitude from the second I entered the premises. One of the employees took his sweet time with a customer, then proceeded to just leave his station without any notice. The other employee, Mike, is not any better. Who are you talking to? You need to learn how to speak to others with respect. It is clearly obvious this location does not care to stream processes smoothly along for their customers, but instead would rather speak extremely rudely and give attitude to their customers. How about you stop infecting other people with your miserable negativity and do your job instead of trying to defect it to the next person?
